I have a friend that is an inmate. He wants to file for divorce, but he doen't know what he can, or has to do in prison

Do I invite his wife...the mother of his three children...(who will be there with his girlfriend)?

His wife said he could pick up things at the house, but please not to bring his girlfriend into her home. The (college-age) kids just say this is all really hard on them...really tough for their mom...they're not used to it (less than 1 year) and don't think they'll ever get used to it.

Brother, gf and all kids were together at family Thanksgiving, while mom was home alone.

I love my sister-in-law...I love my brother too...

I really like this guy in my class, but so does two of my other friends. Well, really one of my other firneds, because not only is the guy i like one of my best friends he use to be friends wiht her, and they did these little handshakes, and now he hates he rjust like me. Then my other friend likes him still after he dumped her, and now he is best friends with her too. I dont know what to do to get him to notice me more. I mean he has gone out with all of my other friends, and now he likes one of my other friends, and it is making me mad. I really like him, but i dont know what to do. How can i make him like me. I cant ask him, because of one of my friends, and then i cant tell them i like him, because he would figure out in a flash. I have no idea what to do. I like him, but i feels like i have to be forced not to like him because of all my friends. Then me and him are e-mailing eachother, but i dont know what to write!!! I need help from anyone. We also have a lot in common. jty!

Ok so i kinda like this guy. My dad freaks out when i get boyfriends.
I dont kno if my friends think this guy is cool and they dont kno tht I kinda like him. I never like to ask a guy out. I always wait till they ask me to be their gf cuz im so afraid of rejection. My boyfriend of 4 months lives in NYC and I am going to visit him for the first time. He doesn't have a car and asked me to take the shuttle to the city from the airport (rent a car dammit!). I was pretty upset as I felt he should come pick me up at the airport and I told him this. I even said I don't care if he comes on the train and we both take the train back together. He is now coming to pick me up but feels that I am going overboard and expecting too much. I don't think I am ...any thoughts??

I am less than two months away from getting divorced and I'm wondering how do I get on better relations with my ex so that my son won't be caught in the middle of this war between our families. I see my son once a month for a few hours; my whole side of the family hasn't seen him in over a year. They only know what he looks like through the photos I bring to them. Every time I bring up the idea of taking him to see his other family, she changes the subject. The only reason I don't keep pressing the issue is because I'm so close to getting the divorce; it's already uncontested. I don't want to drag that part out any longer than necessary, so I'm fighting one battle at a time. How does one deal with this?

everytime i go away on a business trip or am around the opposite sex without my wife, she tends to think i'm out partying, flirting, and thinks i'm going to stray. i've never given her anything to doubt me in that area. i'm very faithful but she accuses me of cheating sometimes. what is with that? she's the most beautiful girl i've ever seen and is 10 years younger but she's worried about me! also sometimes she tends to treat me a little crappy. i feel like she does this for a reason but why? Why would a beautiful 29 year old successful woman accuse her almost 40 year old husband of cheating and flirting when he's been nothing but nice to her? she could have pretty much any man but she seems so freakin' insecure. it's not like im brad pitt. so what's up with that!

It's an emotional work affair. To those that don't know, that means we talk about everything under the sun, our feelings and we go out, but no sex. We've been in situations where it was possible but have walked away and interestingly enough if one of us feels the possibility of temptation, we avoid being alone. In Oct, he told me he planned on leaving his wife. I have never asked him but made it clear there wouldn't be an "us" for too long if he stayed. I can't say he's using me because we are not intimate. Here goes the question my friend and I don't agree on: I say, if he's in love with me, NOTHING but NOTHING will stop him from being with me. Friend disagrees, she feels he may love me but is comfortable with the wife, "cheaper to keep her" and that he will stay for his daughter even if he loved me. We both have tried breaking it before. Eventually I would have to end it before we get intimate. I'm so confused. I feel we love each other but won't say it for obvious reasons.

This guy asked me to a dance. I'm 17, he's 16, we're in the same grade and school. But, I'm not sure if he wants to get romantically involved too, as in bf and gf. We talk some, and e-mail a lot. And, I e-d him that he could back out if he wanted and he said that's not an option. Then, I asked him why me and not some other pretty girl who goes to our school...I'm average looking, and he came up with a paragraph of reasons. Do u think he wants more that just to go to a dance? Should I ask him if he wants more, or just wait and see? Am I exaggerating a simple situation?

I want to be with him.
And not in a physical way. Teenagers doing that=eew!

my husband recently planted some flowers in the front of our yard.He asked if I wouldn't mine watering them I told him it wouldn't be a problem.Well it rained not to long ago since he planted them and i've been busy so I haven't had a chance to water them.To make a long story short he got very upset about it and pretty much demanded that I water the flowers.He said"you better get out there and water them"And of course that b.s. is not going to fly with me.I'm a SAHM/housewife of 5 kids i'm extremely busy with them and keeping the inside of the house clean.I don't think it's fair of him to ask me to deal with the outside too.Not to mention he knows I have really bad allergies.But he doesn't seem to care.So my question is should I be mad with him for demanding that I water the flowers?

I lost custody of the children after attempting suicide. The divorce courts awarded him sole custody. Today, I went to visit an ex friends mother who accused me of mistreating my autistic son. I exchanged words with her and told her that somtimes my ex-husband has to spank Cyrus when he acts out violently to defend myself for spanking him as well. She called my ex. I am not sure what she told him but he was angry. He demanded I bring the kids home early from a scheduled visit. I refused. He threatened to call the police. I ignored him because I know my rights. He also called my daughter and asked for my address because he was soo angry that I think he wanted to confront me. I am scared of him. He has been voilent in the past. I want to be able to continue to visit with my children without all the drama. What should I do.
