Just go up to her and BS. In college, that's pretty easy to do. "What's your major?" "What's your standing?" "How are your classes going?" "What's your number?" That could be all you need to say. Don't compliment her much, if at all. Don't mention that you like her either. Just go up to her and get her number, and call a few days later to make some sort of date. If you fail to get her number, or fail to get her to agree to go out on a date at a SPECIFIC time, or if you get stood up, you should forget about her and move on. Good luck!

Approach her. Otherwise she may start dating someone and you'll regret it. Make eye contact,say hello.
Tell her you think she's beautiful,and that you would like to get to know her.
