You're one of the FEW smart girls just for asking this question. Playing hard to get is the key to getting guys, but dont get it confused. You have to be hard to GET, but you dont have to be hard to FLIRT with. You have to be hard to KISS, hard to TOUCH, but all compliments and respectful playing is all good. Guys want to feel like they made all the right moves to get a hard-to-get girl. Give him the chance to flirt with you. Find a way to be around him, but let him approach you. Nobody keeps the easy girls around. You're a smart girl, and you're doing everything right so far. PLEASE keep it up.

Yes a girl can make the first move! But I have to say personally .... that in my experience when i have done that the guys automatically think "they have you" and seem to lose intrest rather quickly because there is no longer a chase!

It could go either way ..... this is just my recent experience.

i don't know but how about she being cool and telling the boy that she like him and see how it goes, if he just laughs, well then start playing hard to get, if he's ok wit it, it's the girls choice to see wat should happen, he makes the second move or she should

I wish.

They hardly ever do.

Its harder being a guy because you are supposedly expected to do it.
