To be quit honest I don't ever think we can "completely" trust another human being. It's sad to say but it's true. I mean I know marriages that have lasted years and years but there is always that chance that your partner may at some point step out on you. The only thing you can really do is try to have faith in him but keep your eyes peeled and your ears to the ground so to speak in case any of the "cheater" signs start popping up. We don't generally doubt people without reason. There maybe something about him that is keeping you cautious and that may be a good thing. In new relationships earning trust, being able to trust, and establishing trust is one of the major building blocks. You rarely ever start a relationship automatically trusting someone especially if you just met them. As time goes on trust in each other becomes more solid but any foundation can crack under enough impact so it's good to stay a little cautious and take certain precautions just to insure your own safety. ;)

You got some reason to think he is a player? There must be something you know that leads you to believe this or it would never have surfaced in this question.

If you are uncomfortable with the thought of him being a player, you probably are going to be sorry in the end.

Sorry. Move on.

Trust is a major thing in relationships. I think that you can try and give him your trust and if he breaks it about anything then you should talk to him about it. If he lies about small things then he'll definitly lie about big ones. So even little things he says that you question, ask him about. Usually they fess up to the little things.

IDK sorry Im not that much help.

in any relationship you must trust your partner otherwise there will be problems in the long term --- trust is a very slippery customer --- its like faith you either have it or not

You just have to ride it out. Pay close attention to him and what he does, but if you assume he does then you'll become too suspicious.
