I need some christmas ideas that i can give my 14 and 11 (almost 12) year old brothers. Something kind of small... any ideas?

I have a very complicated problem. I have a lazy, illness faking, whiny friend, who's overly sensitive to the point of telling his mother (who works at my school and his(we're both in the same homeroom with her)) that he was liberal, and when I said he was annoying too, after he said so to me. He's super fat and stops by his mommy's class between every period to give her a hug. He tried to get me sent to the office through her(and almost succeeded) because I put a tomatoe under his chair (we always put food under our friends seats when they sat) his mom is rude and intrusive, similar to this freeloader who's mom pressures us into giving him answers. I want to end the friendship but I'm in his mom's homeroom and she would surely pull me out of class and interrogate me. Its not fair!! I need a realistic way to end this friendship in a delicate manner(showing apparent reason on my part, and not getting in trouble). I need serious help PLEASE!!! All my friends and I hate him.

Actually, I don't believe I was. I confronted one of my husband's other women. Talked to her for about 25 minutes on the phone. She denied anything was going on, but I'm not that stupid.

I know at this point it shouldn't really matter. I've already filed for divorce. Unfortunately, husband and I are still living in the same house and I'm having the hardest time dealing with his ignorant behavior and continual cheating. I feel I need all the closure I can get. I felt a bit better afterwards, but you know, I'd really like to kick his butt out of here.

omg ok i just got home off the bus like 5 min ago and when i was on the bus my twin starting beating me up when i got on. the bus driver didn't see b/c we sit in the very last seats and the camera thing wasn't on. so he started saying that he hated me and that im a loser and so are all my friends. i like got really sad and almost started crying but idk kno y cause i hate my brother 2. he is always picking on my friends like hitting them in the hallway or something and then he like takes it out on me 2. the teachers don't see him doing this so he dosn't get caught. i told my mom but she just thinks that he says mean stuff she dosn't kno he like beats me up.
i am just tired of his crap cause like right now my head feels like it is in two but i kno its not cause he slammed it on the bus door in the back. he is such an asshole how can i like get away from him and get him to stop hurting me cause i am gettting tired of it.

I am with my bf for now for 3 years dating 1 year living together he has an older brother who is married but not always truthfull with his wife. I know his wife from highschool but we stopped being friends because she was very religous i was not as religous and when i lost my virginity at 18 in college to my highschool sweet heart she was really upset her view was that people should wait till they were married.Anyway we were talking about my wedding and she asked what her husband came buy for last night and i said he had not which was true he went out to a strip club but i omitted that last part about strip club .Now she is prying me for info about her husbands where abouts and i feel guilty.?I dont like her to begin with only reason i know what her hubby is up too is because he tells his brother my future hubby about it as well as their marital problems and his mistress.How do i get her to stop asking questions?

A woman I use to date has another guy and pretends its nothing. Every so often she calls and acts like she still wants me, she even will say she is coming over or will call and then it doesn't happen. This is annoying me but I hate to just be rude and ignore the telling calls. I realize she is using me. Basically, I do ignore her now. Is this okay?

I am passionatly in love with my girlfriend, Mallory.... her parents do not favor our relationship at all, in fact, they hate it... but this does not bother us, and we kept dating despite thier demands to end it... we started dating March 29th of '05 ... we had sex for the first time early January of '06... and still have one of the most fruitful relationships one could ask for, especially in high school!

I am wanting to get an appartment sometime in early '07.. and have her live with me... the legalities (age) are not an issue, I already have ways to avoid this.... we are also engaged to be married the winter of '07, we have not set a specific date yet though...

we are both 16 years old, I am 9 months older and a grade higher than she is..

I was wondering if anyone believed that we should postpone these plans merely because of age..
