Well out of respect for the girl he's with now you shouldn't pursue anything since he isn't single. Tell him how you feel and let him know that your not trying to force or pressure him into a decision. Just let him know that you thought he should know and you wanted to get it off your chest. Once you told him, tell him to think about things and if he doesn't see anything in the future possibly being there romantically you would accept that fact. However, you think things would be better the next time. At that point you have to let him think things over and not mention it again. You will know that he knows exactly how you feel, respect his current relationship and you will get the best response out of him that's thought out and sincere.

Just wait and if it's meant to be it will happen. But if you're not into fate then when you see them having problems pick up the pieces and keep doing that and soon he will start to miss what he had and know that you are always there for him. And this might draw him back.

forget about it. He is an ex for a reason, and if he's moved on it's not worth 'your' time not to.
If it's meant to be, then they will eventually break up , then you can make your move. But don't try to "steal" him, b/c honestly, do you want a man that can be "stolen" from his g/f... what's to say some girl won't steal him from you.
