I am a shy woman (30) but I also think I am unapproachable. I think I hide my shyness well -- unfortunately, I think it comes off as unfriendly! People tell me I'm pretty and can get any guy I want (yeah, right... I'm always alone so whatever) but I am too shy to approach men and the only men that seem to approach me are bizarre or are stragglers who have no fear (?). Also, the kicker is that when a guy I would be into approaches I can't handle the situation and I have no idea what to say and the insecurity takes over. How do I appear more open to be approached? How do I deal with the situation once I am approached? Wow... this is complicated! Help...

well all my friends are guys(im a girl) and i think they always just wanna hang out with me cauz they think that we'll end up going out with each other(past experiences) anyways, i have no friends that are girls that wanna hang out with me on the weekend. right now everything has gone wrong in my life, my family has turned their back on me, i have no friends and the only guy i love will never return the same feelings. i know i sound like a complainer, but right now im just really down. apparently the best way to start is to have a good attitude towards everything thats shittty is going on, wanna tell me how im suppose to do that or make my life better? or especially how can i make friends that are girls? wth.

I'm moving, and I'm going to miss all of my friends so so so so so so so so so so so so much!!!!!!! How am i supposed to deal with life??? I've already cryed over it before, my best friends all live here, and I'm moving like three countries away!!!! I just moved 100 miles away from my family and friends. I know to some that is far away but to me it is. I just got engaged to a guy and I live down here with no family and friends. I get sad b/c the holidays are here and I had to work turkey day and I couldn't spend it with my family. Over all I am home sick and I don't know how to over come it. Even though my mom and I fough like cats and dogs I still miss being there. I am with a guy who likes to work a lot and has little time for me. I work a lot of hours myself but it's a very stressful job so can some one plz help on how to get over my home sickness?

I meat a guy about a 3weeks ago, the first week he called every day nonstop. Now It's been almost a week and he hasn't called. Me and this guy have been going out for a couple of months. At first he was always the first to say hi on MSN and would tex msg me from time to time and call. Now he always has to "go to bed" when we are talking about something importand and he doesnt say hi to me first anymore. If i dont text him first he wont talk to me at all. My sister is handicap and she always follow with drool and has a weird odor. My mom doesn't do anything about this and doesn't care that she hasn't took a shower in 5 months. can someone please tell me why my parents always drive men out of my life. i have been with my boyfriend for 2 and a half years and my parents love him one day and hate him the next. what the hell is wrong with them. first they love him, then he gets in a fight with my brother because he insulted me and my boyfriend didnt like it, so they hate him, then they love him again and always ask when the wedding is, then love, hate, love.now they hate him again becuase my mom overheard a fight we had and said that he shouldnt be talking to me like that. ( she doesnt even know what the fight stemmed from) and it was actually my fight. i purposefully pissed him off because i was in a bad mood but thats not the point. what do i do about my parents? my mom is now saying that she forbids me to get married to him.is there anything i can say to my parents that they would understand? i have to mention that im 21, and i've been dating since high school and every guy was the same case. what do i do?????

going thru a tough time heart wise........hubby cheated and now lives with his girlfriend he is 42 she is 21....i had no idea that my marriage was a sham as he tells it to others .....he says he had been unhappy for 8 yrs which i can tell you was a complete shock to me....i thought us happy .....anyway we were together 20 plus yrs with 4 children..he shows no guilt nor remorse for the pain he has caused me and now acts like i dont exsist and when he does speak to me he is usually nasty...doesnt he know he hurt me enough already.why continue to hurt me.......help me understand.....( i told him to leave after the affair was found out because he didnt want to save our marriage his actions told me that)
