i think that it is totally legit. if you are comfortable to step out into the world knowing that she was once your step sister... then go for it.
unless you guys have grown up together, i'd suspect that there was some kind of sibling bond that could have taken place. in case, i dont think its appropriate.
its really up to you and how you feel about it. obviously you were ok with doing so for 3 months. why question it now?
go with the flow and see how it turns out.

With your EX step-sister. If you guys aren't blood related and you both are consenting in the act, I don't see a problem. Is there more to this than you are telling us?

seems fine to me-most step-siblings dont really bond in a family way-but in a "were in this together"way,and since your parents divorce your not even legally connected...dont tell everyone though there is a certain "ick" level

Well as long as you are step ( no blood relation)and adults and both consent then yes. But I am sure your parents will not approve unless they are very understanding..

If you are minors (or one of you are and the other is not) it is NOT OK.
If you are both over 18....then have at it....but take the proper precautions to prevent pregnancy and STD's

it seems a little... creepy... although, i guess it depends on how long they were married. because if it was longer than six months... then... it should probably feel like she's your sister by then. otherwise it's only a LITTLE weird, i think.
