Ok this is for a friend but not me.

She is attempting to file for divorce but the paperwork is to confusing and she also cannot find her now ex. She cant afford to pay for her legal services her self, and she has also attempted to go to the local self help center at our court house but they dont do much else then give her the paperwork and tell her to refill it out. What other resources does she have? She is located in LA county.

Firstly, I DID NOT meet him on the internet. He`s a guy in my school. He leaves gym pretty much everyday to go to the principal and when he shows up, he`s usually playing hard enough to hurt someone (but he`s always really good). He`s always kinda scared me. He gets in fights all of the time, he`s big and muscular and he`s always looking at girls. Well, I rescently caught him looking at me and was really freaked out. He`s always looking at me now and somehow ends up being around me a lot more. He invited me to a party at his house and his best friend, who lives near me, will know if I`m lying baout why I can`t go. I don`t want to offend him by saying know if I`m just being stupid. He has friends and he goofs off a lot, but he also ENJOYS getting into fights and picking on people and he has a really short temper.

Should I be afraid of him or is it all in my head? Should I go to the party? Please don`t just say "yes" or "no". Tell me why.

I have been with my husband for over six years now and i have been through ups and downs for the past 6 months. I dont know whether to leave him or not we have a six yr old and she would be devastated if we divorced. I come from a failed marriage and I couldnt do this to my own, knowing the consequences. My hubby is a spoiled brat, 4 years younger than me , and we have 2 sons a 2yr old and and 6 month old, I also have a 10 year old not my husbands. he is cheap , always has been. He recently changed our bank account so that i don't have access to it and went on vacation to his country and came home with a condom, he says his cousin told him to hold it. I am a stay at home mom and don't work. I have a credit card that i use for food and stuff and he pays for it. He bought me a brand new 2006 toyota, sienna, in march. and he always pays the mortgage, and all of the bills. In my heart I know he is insecure, for may reasons i can list here due to time and space, but it bothers me he has control issues. And FYI get and give great sex. I pretty much do believe him when he says he's never cheated, and his mother was the one who encouraged him to change the bank account , during a big fight we had while she was visiting. she hates me and my older son, and gives my husband the worst advice ever,

Well my sister is in love with this guy (we are all friends) who considers her a very good friend and vise versa. Well she has been flirting with him for about a month now. She dresses more girlish and her whole body language is different ( this is how I know she wanted just to be more than friends, before she told me). The guy still doesn't get it. He thinks she likes someone but is keeping from him. He teases her about it daily. Actually my sis and I have notice a change in him as well, he seems jelouse about the fact she might like someone, he calls more than before just to make sure she is home, and instead of going out in groups he has rathered it be a double date situtation with my boyfrien, sister, him and I or rather alone with my sis. But when they talk about more than the friends issue he replies that she likes someone else and he couldn't because they are like bro and sis and doesn't want to ruin the friendship. When my husband and I got married it was happiness and joy all the time. We would do everything together and go out all the time. But ever since I lost my job I have been feeling enslaved. My husband wants me to cook when he gets home, clean up after the dog all the time, and have our apartment cleaned everyday before he goes to work. When I ask him to do something like make me a sandwhich he says I can do it myself. Everytime I ask him to help around the house, he says he doesn't have to because he's too tierd from work or because he pays all the bills and he feels he shouldn't help. Back in the day it was everything 50/50 now I feel like it's 10/90. Sometimes I feel taken advantage of because I do all the work. I also study and it makes it difficult for me to pay attention in class because I worry about what I have to do when I get home or what I have to have cooked that night. I noticed this change ever since I lost my job. Please give me some advice...
