i saw him 2 days ago for the first time in university...talked to her only abt subjects
i saw her today ..told her that i came to uni only to know her name...she told me it...talked 2 me abt 3 mins...then unfortunately she said"go find place in the class...coz they will take all places and u will not find a place to sit"....i understood that she dont want to talk to me...but i think i will die without her

Maybe she's afraid of you. Um, why do you like her again? Why don't you take it slower...you know, just be her friend, and actually get to know her first! How can you be sure that you really like her? If you just met her two days ago, that sounds suspicous to me.
okay, just smile, and get to know her better first! Then she knows that you actually care about WHO she is. Plus, it seems as if you are a stranger to her right now. How do you expect someone to fall in love like thaT?
one more thing, are you sure she doesn't already have a bf? HOw much do you know about her????

As I keep telling people, you cannot "make" someone fall in love with you. You can do things to improve the relationship so that love comes naturally but that is all.
It sounds like this one does not want to be with you so forget about casting a spell to make her fall in love.
