I WANT MY RINGS. She left 5 1/2 months ago (we are currently separated) and left her rings in the house...and recently requested her rings. It seems odd that she would even bother asking them since she was the one that wanted to run away from our relationship.

I told my close female friend how I felt about her, she said we'd never be together-not what I wanted to hear.We have a very close+intense friendship,spend a lot of time with each other,constant touch,trust,care bout etc She can't imagine me not being in her life/a part of it.
I'm finding this hard to accept as i believed we would get together 1 day. I've not spoken to her for 5 days now(feeling guilty,as she has txt asking why I've gone quiet)I'm not sure what to do?

I seem to be questioning the friendship as the reasons for us not going further was that:we are complete opposites,different views on sex\relationships,I keep winding her up,we give each other headaches,it wouldn't work out,wouldn't feel right for her,its just me-meaning?

Why are we friends then?How cud we have got so close and not go further?

Solutions, ideas?What should I do?

We did contemplate sleeping together(1 night stand)but she said it wouldn't feel right,it'll be wrong-so we r atrracted to each other

II am feeling sad, and you know how when you are upset you just reach out to someone who you think may be able to throw some light on the subject.
My BF asked me to marry him over a year ago. I really felt in love with him, but am not used to moving fast on something that is this important. We are, however, 56 and 62 years old. He was so enthusiastic that I felt enthusiastic, too.
My only concern is my son. It is important that he get through school, and after such a horrendous experience with his dad, my ex (He was bipolar and an alcoholioc) another man close in the picture might hinder his schooling. My BF did not seem to emotionally understand that. Intellectually, he knew it, but emotionally he hated it. We have had ups and downs throughout our relationship, but seem to have gotten past them, although his anger I find distressing. We could get together when my son was through with school this year. Now, he just wants to date. This seems like a step backwards to me.

Theres this one girl i go to school with and we are good friends. I like her alot but im not really sure if she likes me. Sometimes it seems like she likes me but im not sure if she does or not. He started working 7 days a week more than 12 hours a day. I have some friends, but most of them have work to do with school or have a busy family life. I have no children. I have organized the house, done all the cleaning. What can I do to keep from being so bored without spending too much money?

I was married for 7 years to the man of my dreams, who cheated on me. I have been dating someone for a year and a half, and really trust him. I love him, but want to date around before "settling" because I really don't know if he's the person I want to spend my life with....I'm such a talker and he's just not. We want the same things in life, and have fun, but I'm just not sure..... I'd like to think if we're meant to be, it will work out, but I don't believe in fairy tales anymore. My wife and I have been married for about a year now. At first everything was great, but now it's getting really crappy. First, she puts her friends before always. Then, she acts as if whatever she is doing is justified and that I'm just jealous that she has friends. She is on the phone with her friends for like 4 hours at a time and then wonders why I don't talk to her much. She goes behind my back often. Whenever I tell her something, she will run and tell her friends. Then she has this gay friend that is flamboyant. I don't really agree with the lifestyle, and she gets pissed because I don't want to hang out with the guy. Everything seems to have to be catered to her no matter what. I have to drop whatever to do things with her, but it's not mutual. Having sex has pretty much been repetitive for about 5 months. We only can do it in one position. Which really sucks, so it seems like a chore almost. I love her and I don't want to leave, but I don't know what to do. I'm so lost......

He had neer been nice to my family. He badmouths my parents. He hurts their feelings and makes life a lot tougher for them. I lost all respect for him. My blood boils when I think of him. i got out of treatment came to live with my bio-mom and her husband which was two weeks before i turned 18
my mom was out and her husband was there and i felt safe around him and i used to cut due to past sexual abuse that spanned everywhere i was growing up and he grabbed me to him and shoved he tougue down my throat, i cut myself called a suicide hotline went to an er where my mom came in angry at me and i said nothing when she asked my why. i ran away she told me if i leave i am not coming back.
he died earlier this year and before he did i hardly ever saw mymom when he was there, i would never tell my mom what her husband did sshe still loves him and even though i hate hearing her talk about him i will never tell her what he did and i want to tell her but i love her too much to ruin her good memories of her husband. should i? let her know the truth, or is it too late?
i want her to know it was not her fault i ran away and cut myself, and didn't see her for like a good year and

after almost half a year of having space and time to reflect, not seeing the guy once for all those months...HE calls and says sincerely that he loves you still and would like to be together again.
Says he has reflected on his wrong doing and has sincerely changed and he starts sending "I miss you" cards and flowers to your work place almost everyday...will you at least consider meeting him???
