but he says he thinks of me all day and misses if we don't talk, he says he is very confused? So I told him I would leave him alone to decide what he want to do, he says he can't stop thinking of me and misses me.So today we talked and he was like what is wrong,(and as much as it hurts) I told him it was over and his response was okay then I will let you go,bye.(we were on the phone.) Y the mixed messages from him? I am very sad...

My partner and I have been together for 12 years, have 3 beautiful boys and have decided to get married. Majority of guests also have children so I would like them to feel welcome to bring their children. We live in the country and would like a simple but elegant ceremony and reception but due to the fact both my parents have passed away we are funding it ourselves so it also needs to be on a budget.I would love ideas for a family friendly ceremony, venue
and family friendly reception. Please help if you can.-

Many people say chivalry is dead, and that many guys don't do that sweet stuff for girls anymore. Well my boyfriend still does and I find it sweet.

But we were talking and started wondering about the door thing.

When a couple comes across a double door building, and the guy pulls open the first set of doors for the girl, how is it possible for the guy to reach the second set of doors fast enough before the girl opens it?

Not saying I can't do it myself, but sometimes there are just things he wants to do to show some respect. Ultimately, however, I always open the second set for him! (I really don't mind though)

Maybe that's how it should be now in these modern days.

On the other hand, if you were the guy, how would you go about reaching the second set of doors?

I love my best friend. We call all the time and tell each other everything. The problem? She is dating my other best friend and they are crazy about each other. She tells me all the time I love you but I know she means like a brother, she even said I was like her brother. Now though, she doesnt call as much as she used to and she doesnt reply to myspace messages anymore. We seem to only talk when she AIMs me and the ocasional phone call. I love her and I love hanging out with her. I am so afraid of losing the friendship at this point. I would never make a move knowing she doesnt feel the same way and what it could do to my friendship with her and my other friend, but what am i suppose to do? I feel so much pain not having her love me, and at this point she is acting like im not even her best friend anymore, just another one of the group. I need at least that best friend love from her. My soul needs her love just as my body needs air. I love her. What should I do?

We have a huge family and would like to include everyone, but we want an intimate, small reception that includes close family and friends. I also want to request that no children are brought to the reception. I don't mind them coming to the wedding, I just want the reception to have adults. It may sound mean, but I don't even want some of the family to be at the reception. We both have some super religious and conservative family members and I don't want to pay a couple thousand dollars to not have a good time. Let me know what you think!

There is this guy who I really like & he has been in my classes in every semester of college.. The first time I saw him, we locked eyes for a few sec. We just made eye contact but never talked to me. I decided to ask him a Q. I thought that maybe he was going to talk to me but never did. Thinkin that I wouldn't see him again, i prayed to God everyday to give me a sign if he is worth my time. Now,he is in 2 of my classes! & just stares at me a lot.when I look at him he turns away. I want to write him a poem expressing my feelings towards him, I want to send it through his profile...but it will be anonimous (I don't want to make him feel uncomfortable b/c I will probably see him in other classes) even though I will drop some hints about me. Would you find it sweet/romantic/go for it or very high school/childish/don't do that??

I just found a long lost friend that I like very much...but i haven't seen or talked to him in over 5 years but I found his IM and started to chat with him and Iwas so happy afterwards that when I called my BF after that I said X I miss you so much...calling my BF the wrong name the...now my BF is upset because I have never done that except since I have talked to the other guy..what do you think does he have a right to be upset I told my BF that he was just a special friend nothing more and the other guy I told I could never love anyone but by BF..but actually now I am a little confused...

The guy I am dating kind of use his son as execuse when I asked him to get together sometime. How can you tell he is really busy/tied up or just playing games (his son is 12 year old) and last night when I text msg him to have dinner for tonight he got back to me 4 hours later and says "I am taking my son to a movie tomorrow at 7 u could always come if u wish" I found it a bit to reluctant so I declined.
