My husband became distraught, left home, made calls to myself and others, saying he had taken a large dose of medication to kill himself. He has been missing for 9 days. His truck was located in a National Forest, and a 7 mile manhunt for him turned up nothing. He left his wallet in the truck with all of his money and credit cards. He has not been found and is presumed dead. I need help with the legallities of a missing person when you are married.

I met this guy on the yahoo personals thing, and lately we've been talking on messenger. He lives in my area, and keeps saying we'll go see a movie or something. He promised that we'd go out today, but he won't even pick up his phone and let me know if we're doing anything today or not. He's promised more than once we'd see a movie, but nothing, he just makes excuses.
So, do I just move on?

I think my husband has certian expectations and when they are not met he will yell at me, curse, throw things, and has even told me to shut up. If he is working on the computer his family would not ask him what he is doing, but I ask what are you doing,and this makes him angry because he feels I am not respecting him. He even expects our cat to meow if she gets stuck in a room and has to use the litter box, just beacuse his cats do that at home. (But they are outside cats,mine is indoors.) I asked my husband if he respects me and he said about as much as i respect him. But I don't yell, or do any of the stuff he does to me. I feel that he has expectations based on how his family treated him at home and when I don't do same as them i get disrespected.I tell him that telling me to shut up huts me he doesn't care and says well you did not respect me.This cycle hurts and everything seems to be about him first. And he says he loves me.He is also a marine as well, what is going on here?

We go to the same college and I'm in a sorority and he is not. He won't allow me to go out to parties unless he comes along. Because he is not in a frat, he automatically can't get into parties on the row. He hates my sorority and every time I am with friends, he tells me h wants to break up with me because I am not with him and that I am a bad girlfriend that wants to just get with frat boys. My boyfriend's dad is forcing his relationship with his girlfriend he got shortly after my guy's mom passed away recently. He told me that my boyfriend was being selfish for not welcoming this new woman into his life with open arms. His dad is bitter towards his mom, and is trying to enforce it onto his son by saying terrible things of his mother and making bad memories of her for him. He says "I dont understand why he (my bf) cant get over his mom's death and welcome this new woman in her place". His son has told him multiple times that he doesnt want her to ber a part of his life, and his dad keeps forcing it on him, saying "what about me, what about me?". My boyfriend is trying to be open minded but he was close to his mom. Does he really HAVE to have her a part of his life like his dad is trying to force, I mean he's 21, going on 22 and that isnt right, he should be allowed what he wants and his dad should respect it.

i thought i was over him but apparently i'm not.. i've met other guys, went out with my friends.. but all i can think of is him.. it's been 2 weeks we didnt talk and that's alot of distance for us.. he's accepted the fact we're not together anymore cause i've rejected him.. if i'll try i'll never know what it would have been with him,we were the perfect match.. but i'm affraid it's too late, any advice to make him come back?

i broke up with him, he was starting to change.. but he was still inlove with me..it was just his ego

i know it was a childish thing to do, but ever since the breakup he hasen't called or anything,maybe he doesnt care for me anymore..thats y i'm affraid of calling him..the breakup was hard on him at the beginning, now i dont know anything exept that he passed by my house to take his sweater back..(but i wasnt at home) ..

does this mean he still wanted me and wanted to talk or just to get his sweater back cause he's moved on?

yesterday i chose to be the designated driver for my bf and my friends. well my bf kinda made me. wellll he was out and he called on his way back and said "were on our way back go ahead and leave and meet us there and if you get there before us just go inside" well a half n hour later he called me and said "we just got back, where are you?" i told him i was about to leave and he got mad because i wasnt there. well when i got there they werent even ready. he yelled at me over the phone before i got there and wouldn't say i love you.

later that night when i took him home we started arguing about it and he said "i always have to wait for you..i've been waiting forever, befor i met you i was on time to every single place" there was no specific time to be at the party and i figured im doing them a favor ill get there when i can. it was only 10 min after they got back that i got there.

My boyfriend and I are both seniors in highschool and we have been dating for about 6 months. Everything has been really great and we really haven't had any problems.
