It can be many things- the feeling someone touched you when you are alone, the phone rings but no one at the other end that you can hear.....a shadow at your bed side.....or in a door way. some times it will have to do with a personal joke between the to of you like setting the V.C.R. or DVD.....maybe the toothpaste cap was removed.......They will do what ever they can to get your attention,I have heard that it takes a lot out of them to do these things - But I believe it is worth it for them and us both. As time goes on, most of us become less aware of the little things they do and think they have left us but they don't really go away.....they stay with us. I have been aware of them most of my life. some times I can tell them apart by the thing they do. It makes me feel good to know they are still there.

I dont know sometimes peck on window from a bird I heard or a loud noise in the house like a thunk..when theres no explanation for it...misty shadows that move... strong smell of must or nice smell of roses..me and my kids have seen and heard some weird stuff but just ignore it ..there are some things in life that are just unexplainable...Watch The Lakehouse...some things u just cant explain guess it is normal...when u think about it..

They move things around in the house and put them where the deceased like to have them.

If anything causes you think of your loved one.
Sometimes, in a dream, I will have a 'visit' from a loved one who passed away and my dream visits from them are unexpected. I believe they are reminders to be happy with the loved ones who are actually near you!

When out of the blue, you smell the perfume/cologne they use to wear, and a sudden cold spot next to you and a sudden warmth within yourself.
