You can get emancipated at 16, sometimes 15, but its hard to do. You have to prove that you are mature enough to do it, and you have the financial means to live by yourself (by having a job, not by using your parents credit card or something).

Otherwise you can't technically move out until youre 18, but from what I hear, most police officers will ignore cases of 17 year old runaways, and treat them as adults.

if you go to court and get yourself cannot spell the word but it means that you will be declared an adult and you will be given papers for if you decide to look for an apartment and the age is 16 and other than that 18 is the age ( 17 with less than four months til you turn 18 you can move out

You can move out as soon as you can take care of 100% of your needs 100% of the time.

Since you have the money....obtain a lawyer and emancipate yourself.
