this friend of mine did arrange marriage and its been 4 years, she has 3 year old daughter too, though the situations were never good for her, but now things have detoriated..... her husband says that he married her so that she can take care of her family an does not like her at all, he abuses her and her parents everyday almost round the clock, it becomes reaaly untolerable for her, he has hit her too, but cuz she hit him bak, now the problem is that she can not even leave him(indian readers cud relate to it better), as she is not earning and not that educated that that she cud earn so much to sustain herself and her daughter, and her husband is going worse to worst evryday, as she abuses all day with the worst of abuuses one can think of and then have sex in the night and no she doesnt refuse, cus she thinks that will just worson the scenerio, she wants to improve on her marriage or wants to come out, if she leave him, then there r additional social burdens( wat will pple say )

I have been hung out with this girl for about 4 months and many things happend, not like kissing. we tried to have relationship but it didn't happen but we like eachother. Now we are best friends.. recently she was talking bout what would happen when we go to different colleges and she was really sad about us going to different colleges. We had fun yesterday. a lot and now she thinks we hang out too much and she don't want that anymore.. i was trying to talk with her about it but she said i don't understand and i'm too slow. so she stop talk about it.. I think she don't want to be with me anymore... or am i wrong? What do i need to do to hold her.. something would be happen to me.. if i don't see and hear her everyday.

I used to be fine just hanging out with people and not worrying about a girlfriend.

But over the past weekend I have become more and more impatient...

i have had a major crush on a girl for several yearslets call her sa), but have failed to act for multiple reasons. one is that it is my best friends sister. the other is that i didn't even know if she liked me. thinking that all hope was lost, i gave up the idea that i could ask her out, and it was another year before i decided to ask another girl out (lets call her cl), even though i still had affectionate feelings about sa. now, when i hang out with cl, i think sa is getting jellous. i kinda like cl, but im affraid that i am supposed to be with sa. i dont want to stop something with cl before it ever starts, but i cant sto thinking about sa. what do you guys think?

My parents wouldn't let me drink coke since day one. But these days I occassionally sneak a coke or two up to my room every 2 weeks or so. I feel kinda bad but ya. Should I keep doin it? I'm not fat or overweight or anything, in fact I'm in good shape. But I still feel bad disobeying my parents.

ok , I met my gf durng the summer , she lives right accross the street about every day afterschool we comeout and do something ( im in the 8th she is in 7th no she didnt flunk) Summer was awsome we proggressed and got more intimate , but when school came in we have ben in the same place since then .. She doesnt lean next to me anymore ,doesnt do many things she used to ,now she kind of ignores a little..
Also I have a little borher (10 yr old) he 's a stupid bastard brat.. He doesnt care what me and my gf think, he basicly controls us a little I think hes part of the problem , cuz when me and her talk a lot and ignore the little brat he gets mad and demands things

I'm going to college next year and I am hoping that college will be a great time to explore who I am. Unfortunately, one of my friends is applying to all of the colleges I'm applying to and keeps saying how cool it would be if we were roommates. I like my friend and all but there is such a thing as spending too much time with one person. Plus, I want to start fresh. I think it would be hard to meet new people if I'm constantly with the same person all the time. Is there any advice that might help with this situation?

I just got out of a horrible emotionaly abusive, controlling and manipulative relationship a week and a half.ago...he had alot of insecurities a bad temper and was immensely jealouse. now you might find me crazy for asking this but after we broke up after the begging on the same day i left him ( i left him in person at his place) he's just emailed me 3 times since then and i was very strict and assertive with him..he tried the guilt trip crap on me and what not...now i am just worried..because i expected him to go more psycho than that after i left him..such as him stalking me and stuff..cuz he did warn me he'll never let me get away from him..but there has been no sign of him...and knowing how grudgy and unpredictable and unstable he is i'm really scared he might be planning something. I'm constantly paranoid and watching my back...he's way too quiet and i feel like he might be up to something...what would you say?

What would you do? Would you sit there and talk nice or would you be pi**ed, and hurt by that.
--There is more to it than that, I just spendt 4 hours going to hospital, picking up my mother in law, stopping at the store for her, coming to my house, making her bed, and going out to the pharmacy for her meds. my hubby said he wouldn't do it now "i'll do it in the morning." The med is coumadin and she needs it @ 9am. What do you make of it? I can take it.

my b/f and i broke up the other night b/c he doesnt want a relationship without the possibility of marrage in it.(oh yea, and im 16!!) he says that we couldnt go beyond going out b/c ''im christian and your catholic" and he wants to marry in his religion. does he not realize that catholics are christians too? and if he doesnt there are ways to work it out. all my friends think there are too many holes in his story and that he is lying. i think its just what his parents have taught him and he doesnt know anybetter. he's sooo sweet and i dont want to believe my friends but they do have a point. adivice?

My boyfriend (the love of my life) dumped me after 11 years and while I was going through the heatbreak and depression I gained over 30 pounds. I am finally feeling better after almost 2 years and I would like to date again and eventually find another partner. I need to get back out there and want to try online dating but I am still in the process of losing weight and let's face it, I AM chubby. I know that I am still attractive and have a pretty face but I know am a bit overweight and most guys don't like that right? I don't want to date fat dudes either. It's been a long time and I am lonely. Should I wait until I lose all the weight and look hot again - it will take about 2-3 months-or should I just go for it and see what happens? I don't plan on staying this way and don't want to be rejected by men who might like me more when I am thinner. Should I wait until I am thinner? I am in my late thirties.
