My friend dated this guy for three years he treated her just like his girlfriend and even asked her to marry him and then she found out he was already married and cheating on his wife. She now wants to sue him for wasting her time and misleading her for the past three years. She thought she had a chance to marry him and have a family now she finds out that he is married she wants to know sue for pain and suffering and being lied to do you think she has a case.

My 13 yo old son admitted to me that he has been smoking cigarrettes. I am disappointed and have told him I do not approve. He was afraid to tell my husband his step dad. My husband thinks I should punish him and try to tell him he cannot hang out with his friends anymore. I feel that by trying to control him it will just worsen the situation. I am glad my son feels comfortable talking to me. I am concerned about the fact that he feels so uncomfortable around my husband. Should I punish him?

My gf and I had been dating for 3 years. we never had any major problems...about 3 years in I felt smothered and decided I needed a break. I told her this and we took our break. During this break I went out with friends alot to clubs, I met other girls and talked to them but never did anything physical. I would still talk to my GF everyday and tell her i loved her..... we went out a couple times a week....I did act like a completel asshole sometimes though.... About a month into the break I found out she went out on a date with another guy and he spent the night at her house (nothing happened). When i found out i told her she could choose me or him. A day later she tells me that now she needed the break. things got more and more serious with this guy(he was complete white trash) and i would talk to her and try to warn her about what type of guy he was...(he already had one girl pregnant). she disregarded everything I said. A week after meeting this guy she had sex with him 3 times. 2

I have been with this married man for three years now.... and eveything was fine, till lately there is the guy who is also single and wanted to much to be with me. I am confuess, i have been telling myself i will not get married again cos i just ended a married 4 years ago. But for the first time after so long i am actually have a good time chatting with him over phone, having some great time over drinks and pools. I felt i have cheating on the man that i have been with for three years, even he is married, he have there for me and care and love me just like his wife. Please can someone please help me ... My ex and I divorced two years ago and it has never been friendly. We have two daughters who are now 6 and 4.He constantly calls me (harassing, threatening) I have changed my number 2 times and he keeps finding ways to get it. He wasn't seeing our children at all (voluntarily) up until a few months ago. Now he has begun dating this woman and he has started wanting the girls more often. This is great except, I don't feel like this woman is a very good person for my girls to be around. I know I cant do anything about who he dates, but she is something else. She is 29 and has three kids with two different dads. She is currently pg again and doesn't know who the father is. (She is claiming it is my ex's) She had numerous affairs on her first husband that ended in pregnancies that she terminated. She uses foul language and drinks a lot in front of my girls and she is constantly bad mouthing me and my family to my girls. Please give me some advice on how to deal with this

I am so sick of this. Instead of playing with our son, he holes up in the bedroom and looks at porn and masturbates. Instead of mowing the lawn, he looks at porn. Instead of having family outings, he stays home and looks at porn. Every free moment he gets, he looks at porn. The man is 35 years old! He never wants to be intimate with me. I am 21 years old. I'm a nice person and I'm pretty and not overweight and I take good care of myself, the house and our son and the man in question. (my bf)

I found out it doesn't stop there either... for the past year he has been going to one particular strip club. I called the strip club & the lapdances are $10. He has been spending on average about $800-$1,500 a month at this stripclub.I found out because one time he charged $300 ON MY CREDIT CARD! And I wondered why we were always broke!
I don't want to leave because we have a son together.. but I am FED UP..

Any advice?

i just posted a question but people felt that i need to give more details so here they are along with question-

okay im writing a story, and i need help with a very silly thing but anyway,

the main character is a footballer.
okay now please don't laugh, but i can't make up my mind about where he should meet his girlfriend. i don't want them to meet at a nightclub, as is the case with most footballers.

he is a professional soccer player
and i wanted to make her different from the typical wag so I decided that she's either a journalist or works in publishing.

I used to play the violin, and I liked it but it wasn't a passion, so I quit. I still play around with it from time to time, but not very much. However, a really good friend of mine has always wanted to play but can't because of a condition he has, and it makes his hands hurt too much.

He and I went to a music store the other day and were playing on the electric violins and he could only play for a few minutes before it started really hurting him. I felt so guilty for being able to play but not really loving it, because he really loves it and can't play.

I feel bad because I kind of wanted to take the violin back up anyway and see if I can get back into it, but I don't want to if it means he'll feel bad. Help!

I am building a relationship with a man who has a teenage step-daughter, and because he was her primary father figure for the majority of her life, he has visitation with her once a month. The man and I are discussing moving in together, getting engaged and married within the year. AND THE EX IS A NIGHTMARE.

Because of the Ex, I am not fostering a relationship with the child at all, at least until after Christmastime so I can see what the future relationship will be. After that, I'm still not sure if I want to develop much of a relationship with the kid; I never wanted kids, and still am not really thrilled about being involved with someone with a teenager, even if it is only for 1 day a month (he knows this part). I'm still willing to go forward with the relationship with HIM, but I want to keep the kid at arms length. HOW DO I MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THIS? Specifically, the fact that I want no relationship with the child? I'll add more...
