Ok...about six months ago my friend and I made a bet: the first one to have sex gets a free dinner from the other friend. I know...it's terrible, but we have yet to resolve the bet after over six months. Normally I assume any other two guys would have done the deed by now, but no, not us. Why?

Can you share your experiences and tell me what you think of the opinion below? They found out that emotional pain can feel very much like physical pain according to neuroscientists -sad. Witnesses to these attacks may be important peers and coworkers. I think it is important to let others know what you are thinking when picked on, because if you dismiss the bullying, peers may lose respect for you. I think it's good to show that you can take a joke & stand up for yourself. Some say who cares what others think. Well, why don't you dress up like a clown to work? Regardless of what you REALLY think of yourself, humans are social animals and rely on status and impressions to get what they want. It's a game you have to play. Especially if you have kids who may be picked on or have a mean boss, I highly recommend this book. I used to be picked on myself cause I was overanalytical/nerdy..Yes..I see the irony.

i feel lonely but the thing that made me feel this way is that my GF doesn't want to do more in out relationship and i do. by more i mean sexual things, i'm not saying sex but i want to be able to do more sexual things with her. we've been together for nearly 10 months and i love her (i know i am gonna get critisized because how can i love her and not be willing to give in and not ask for more). i have a strong sex drive and she has a.....well she doesn't have one at all. yesterday we were talking and i told her that i wanted her and i wished that we could do more, and then some stuff came up and then she said that for her there are 2 options, for her to want me and for her to not want me, and she said it wasn't the first one and i felt crushed. there are three steel walls that block me, the she's not interested wall, she doesn't understand and she doesn't care that she doesn't understand. am i going too fast? am i asking too much? should i change? should i keep all of this to myself?

Okay. I asked this guy from my bank out, he's cute, funny, nice. I'm really excited. But I haven't been on a real date, like ever. I just got divorced and the only one I've ever been out with was my husband, (even then there was never a real date). I don't want to look stupid on this date, I really like this guy I don't want to blow it. But I almost wasn't prepared for him to say yes. Any first date tips (or ideas) that you guys can help me out with? Thank you so much, to those who respond.

I have never gone out just to meet women. Sure, my friends and I go out and drink, and we do meet women, but I guess we're just to reserved and cautious to actually approach a woman due to fear of rejection. When a girl is actually interested in me I do roll with it, but nary have I actually liked the person...they're always so, for lack of a better word, slutty. I am now genuinely interested in meeting somebody with substance, but how? Do I just keep going out with my buddies and hope for the best, or do I have to be more active in my search? If so, then how should I commence it?

difficult. i mean, theres these two guys that i like and they like me two. exept i dont know which one i should concentrate my focus more on. and its kind of hard to tell which one just wants *** and a hookup. im really not down for that, its a major turn-off, unless i am looking for a hookup. but in this case im not.
also, scince im a teenager, i always have a difficult time with this guys stuff. because theres always all these guys after me and i dont know how to handle it
how can i let them know that i like them, but without being too "available" for them. or acting easy, and being a dumb flirt
like, i want to be "dirty" or daring in someways, and that im chill
but bottom line i want to be respected, and at the top of the "apple tree" not the apples lying on the ground that are "easy" to get
any help???

I have a very close (and attractive) female friend who I went out with this past weekend. We have always been friends and nothing more has ever happened. She got rather tipsy (smashed) and began grilling me with questions like "do you wish we could be more than friends" and statements such as "I love you more than life itself." Had she not been such a close friend, this would have been easy. Instead, I give responses such as "well, your goals are going to take you around the world and I'm anchored here; I don't want to get between you and your dreams" to calm her down. Please note that I am a guy, and as such, I want to be more than just friends, but things would go south between us real quick if I took advantage of her drunkness and it turned out she was not interested in anything other than friendship (and she's absolutely my best friend). Any friendly female advice on how to walk this minefield without blowing myself up?

I was told that guys red flags go off when a girl cries in front of them or shows emotion. I was also told that guys will run the other direction if a girl over reacts to a situation and freaks out. This situation kinda happened to me. I am head over heals in love with a guy at my church and I have been kinda bideing my time waiting for him to be ready to date again. Well we went down to Cali together, a 14 hour trip by the way, and I over reacted and assumed he had done something that he had not. It hurt him that I accused him of it and despite the fact that he was willing to talk it out at the time, I held onto it and let it get bigger until three days later I litterally BLEW up at him. I used every bad word in the book and it wasn't pretty. I told him today that I was SOOO sorry and that I was just under ALOT of stress this past week but I am not sure he cares.. Do you think I freaked him out? Do you think that theres even a little chance for us to be together in the future

For starters, I am in college. I was doing this computer project for class and this girl in my class, who I think is hot as hell, sat next to me and asked me if i wanted to work on the project with her (we have the same project). We worked on it together and when we finished it I just walked out and she chased me down to thank me for my help and she shook my hand and had a big smile and said see you next class. She then followed me to my car and we talked for a bit and then we both left. Should I try to talk to her at my next class????

I talked with women on some adult web-sites and my girlfriend caught me. Now she doesn't trust me to go anywhere by myself. I feel a little crowded by her actions. I haven't been ony any of these sites in about 9 months but she still mistrusts me. I take her everywhere with me and we do everything together but I want to go to a football game with a college friend and she is pretty upset by the whole thing. I think she needs to ease up on me but she doesn't think so. What can I do to make her trust me again?
