Jewish people are like everyone else. We like Dorritos and barbecues, sleeping late and watching cool stuff on tv. We like boobies and Real Sex on HBO, and we like rollercoasters and we get creaped out by the Burger King dude. We curse sometimes and always find the best sleeping position just before we have to get out of bed. You can't even spot us out of a group, because we are usually white and are using cell phones to call our peeps. Sometimes we even say to each other, hey you f*** jew, just joking around. Sometimes I tell my friend that I'm better then them because they are Jewish, and then they remind me that I'm jewish too, and there goes that. Ya see?

I have a crush on a co-worker and professionalism keeps us from really expressing those types of feelings but this is how he acts towards me...
- He's nervous around me
- Is always super nice to me
- we went bowling with friends and he had to high five me after every frame.
- we smile at eachother a lot but it feels so tense

I can't understand the process. I can take percocet and class a and b drugs and never desire one after my pain is gone. He describes this as such a great deal, when all i do is itch and fall asleep. He is working on a probationary license after he got in 1998. He goes to NA meetings, I have gone with him, I hear many things I am unaccustomed to hearing, such as crack, herion deals, but all he took was probably a billion percocet. I don't understand how a person can crave painkillers if they are not in pain. I drink, that makes him want to use, so I decided not to drink in front of him, no big deal for me. He has a bad knee, he went into the hospital this evening, he told me he has been taking about 15 vicodin a day for a week, he is about to lose it all, thank God he went to hospital because if he were called for a urine, he would have been hot, but he knows how to deal with that. What in the world am I dealing with. I never even knew he was on drugs, I love him. HELP ME

My father is in the hospital for 2 weeks now in the ICU because he has pancreaitis. He is on a feeding tube and they put a hole through his trachea because he can barely breathe. (tracheostomy). Well my question is

while he is sedated..can he hear me at all...what is it like...i dont know..i see him blinking with a closed eye when i cry to him, hold his hand and tell him i lov him... I want to know if he can hear me...its such a horrible sight to see my dad, gasping for air provided by a machine...

im telling everyone now....appreciate what you have...because anything can happen...it takes only 30 seconds of a disease to ruin your life...plz pray for me....i need it....

i cant concentrate in school at all and this is my senior year...i dont know why this happened to my family...i dont know why

I broke up with my ex boyfiends recently because i couldn't handle the long distance relationship anymore and also i found out he was cheating on me since the beginning. But he keeps calling me all the time calling me b*tches, wh#res, and sluts; leaving nasty messages on my voicemail. I just barely started dating my best guy friend, two days ago. Im 17 and i have had sex before. He knows i have. He keeps talking about how great it will be when we finally "make love" and asked me to make love to him tonight when I was at his house! I began to like this girl alot last year before school had ended and we were talking alot over the summer and we hung out a couple of times but it wasn't the right time to ask her out since we were both going on vacations..we had flirt with each other alot during the time and I felt like she really liked me but now that school started again shes not in any of my classes and I barely see her anymore. A couple months ago i met this girl named ariel. She really likes me and i really like her. The day after i met her, it turns out, that same day, earlier, she met another guy who she fell in love with just as quickly as me. He was there first, so he got her.

Ariel tells me she loves me every now and then. I know she tells the other guy she loves him every now and then, and they go to the same school. She basically wants to be with both of us, and i want her to be with me because the dude shes with now isn't for her. I'm not saying that because i'd rather be with her, i'm saying that because he's cheated on her, and gotten in many fights with her in a few short weeks.

Today, she signed on aim, told me she loves me, (she knows i love her because i tell her alot) signed off.
Minutes later the dude said she asked if she loved him, and he said he did, she said she loves him.

What should i do to get her to want to be with me more than him?
She's the only girl i've ever felt this way to.

My brother's girlfriend just left him and took their baby with her. She is living with her parents now and doesn't have a job. My brother is going to file for full custody. He has his own home, a full time job, and his mother is willing to watch the baby while he's working. How hard will it be to prove her unfit with just those circumstances? There is plenty more to get her on (depression, bi-polar, sucidal tendencies, she's abusive to my brother, her mother is abusive to my brohter, her parents home that she is staying in is also the home where her crack head brothe lives), but I just want to know if he could prove her unfit with her not having her own home or a job? ANY useful advice would be greatly appreciated. He doesn't know what to do. He is going to get a lawyer tomorrow.
