super hero for today..dark desturbing..he was a super hero for thought...he helped a country overcome evil.so in fact that describes my ideal super hero......

Yes very dark and thought provoking. Also it did not fit the normal hollywood outline or ending.

Although I did really like V for Vendetta, I don't consider V a super hero. V killed people and that really doesn't fit in the super hero "doctrine." So I would have to vote nay.

It was an AMAZING movie. One of my favorites. But there were no super heroes in the movie. O_o (Super hero's like Batman/Superman/Wonderwoman,etc). It was the best dystopian/revolutionary movie for sure though. Simply outstanding. :)

Beyond lame and contrived.
Natalie Portman's performance was very good but she really was in a pile.
Check your maturity level if you can look at that mask for two hours and think it's cool.
