No, I wasn't born in a barn, but I was born in a wooden Army hospital in the middle of the Louisiana bayou.
Anyway, how about "Stop crying before I give you something to cry about." I know that it's not a question per se but to me it follows the same rhetoric.

Again, I know this isn't a question, but as soon as I seen your question, I automatically thought of this and figured I'd share it anyway.
I grew up living with my grandparents. My grandfather served in the Vietnam War. He's 6'7 and husky. He's very strict, doesn't talk much, never smiles or anything of the sorts.
My siblings and I always used to hate having to go to a store with him because he would walk in front of us, make sure there were people around and let out the loudest, nastiest smelling fart he could possibly muster up, turn around and shout "Well ain't that embarrassin'?" - With the funniest and undoubtedly thickest southeren accent I have ever heard....then literally running away...
Haha. Gotta love Gramps.

Actually, for us it was my mother's (a city girl), "Were you raised in a barn???" to which we would always smile and say... "Nope! We actually live with all the critters up there in the big house." We grew up on a ranch and spent a lot of time in the barn!

and I quote! "this place looks like a sh*t house for a bald headed china-man."
I know its not a question, but I had to tell you!
how about...
"that's dumber than a sack of hammers!"
or if you got in trouble....
"I'm gonna beat your @ss until your nose bleeds!"
