What do you do when your home isnt welcoming... Too much negitivity. Do you flat out ask your boyfriend if you can move in with him and his mom for a while. Do you tough it out and take the pain a little longer??? Is there somewhere else to turn?

FYI i have a dog that would have to go with me or back to the rescue he came from for awhile

it's me and my mom, and my father lives on the other side of the country. It is not an option to move in with him. And financially I can't afford to live on my own yet!

A dear friend loaned me an expensive pair of earrings for a special occasion. I kept them in jewelry box until I could return them. She wasn't going to be back in town for awhile, so she said "wear them while I am gone ... enjoy them!" I did, and now for the life of me, I don't know where I put them. I know I put them somewhere "safe," but they are not in my jewelry box and I cannot remember where oh where they are at. Is there someway to remember/jog my memory? Help, anyone! Another question might be, "what do I say to my friend if I cannot find them?"

She stared a new job in July and left two of her three boys for me to watch. They stay with me 24/7. She will not even get them on her days off. She will not help with the expense of raising them, they are ages 7 and 6. She claims to not have the money to pay for a babysitter but today I found out that she bought a little puppy for a few hundred dollars. How can she spend time and money on a dog that she will not spend on her kids? If I stop watching the boys they will go to their father and he is pysically abusive. I don't want them to go to foster care but I need help. I feel like I am beginning to hate my own daughter.Is there any way I can get her to have more to do with her children without putting them in jeopardy? The boys don't want to be with either one of their parents but I have a hard time getting them to listen to me. If I threaten to send them home they get upset. I feel like I have nowhere to turn. I don't know what to do.

I am a junior and recently this really hot senior guy told a few of our mutual friends that he thought that i was really really pretty and that he wanted to get to know me. . . we've hung out a few times in a fairly large group of friends (25-30 people) but both times he sat next to me/ across from me!!! now he's texting me . . but were both really shy and he has always said he wants a girl thats no scared to make the first move on him ? WHAT SHOULD I DO!! i dont want to become a crazy stalkerish person that wont leave him alone but i want to show him that i can be more aggressive like he wants!!!

Is it too much to ask a three or four year old to go to the bathroom before a kids movie and then hold it until afterwards before going again, so that you don't have to get up and take him to the bathroom in the middle of a movie (at a movie theatre) or at a short kids show? (I don't see other kids/parents getting up as much as we do)

Hi there, I met this guy about three weeks ago. i feel like I have known him for years (he would be my second) he is very nice to me. he gives me flowers everyday, he drives from work to drive me home from school. about 7 months ago I ran into my ex's friend,we hit it off real well in conversation.I was still bitter about catching my ex cheating on me,he listened and understood,he drove me home that night and I invited him to stay.I asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,I asked him to put his arm around me,he did till I slept.The next morning things were awkward when he left.A mutual friend told me he liked me but is freaked about my ex.I saw him once since then and he came to me and said"your killing me",my ex was there also so we had to keep quiet.It has been a while since that night and I still think about him.He has called me once a while back just to chat,I sent him a text message a few months ago and never got a reply.So I deleted his number from my phone.But it is not stopping myself from thinking about him.It's like this is eating me alive.Is this normal?

im a high school student and i keep having to give this kid a ride to school just because both of our parents know each other..so i dont want to give him a ride anymore BTW he does not even offer me gas money.. does anyone have any suggestions to rid myself of this burden!!!!!!!!

I like this boy a lot and he knows that i like him. he has a girlfriend though. should i try to make a move or should i wait for him to make a move. i feel wrong making a move because he has a gf. but i really like him a lot. would he have already made the move if he likes me? he has known for a little while, but enough time to do something. i asked him if he liked me and he gave me no response, not in person though. so what does that mean? from all the stuff that i have read about it seems like he likes me, but i dont know what my move should be. should i give up on him, even though he means a lot to me, or should i try even if he has a gf. he seems so perfect for me and i have a great time with him for the little time that i am with him anyways. my friends are giving me different advice and i just dont know what to do: ask him out, give up on him, ask him if he likes you, tell him that you like him. i dont know what advice to listen too. some tell me that he needs time to think. thx

I'm a 16 year old girl. I'm a great kid...I'm an A honor roll student. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, sneak around, I don't have sex with random people or anyone for that matter...I don't yell at them. I do what I am told useless I forget but as soon as I remember, I go do it. I'm not saying that I would like to go out and do those things. I mean, I love my brain cells. And I believe in waiting til marriage for sex. I'm just saying that I would like them to back off a little. My best friend's mom asked me if I wanted her to adopt me. She has been asking me for like the last 3 years. Do you think I should let her. I love her and her family. I know they would treat me right. But why must they treat me badly?... How could I get them to lighten up a little?

How can you tactfully handle people who call all the time and just want to chat? I have a new, elderly friend, who I know needs company, but she is calling me 3-4 times a day wanting to talk (or whine) for hours on end. I have tried to explain that eventhough I work at home, I am working, and don't have a lot of time to chat. I care about her, and have been trying to limit the time spent on the phone (and help direct the whining) but she either doesn't get it, or somehow I'm not making it clear. I don't typically lie, but lately I have been finding myself making excuses....but I'm running out! Does anyone have any suggestions?

Why is it that some people like to take their wives for granted. Could anyone, specially married women answer this question. I thought maybe Indian society is a little backward but it's much more worse over here in US what could be the reason ? I see all this happening and in future if circumstances change i don't want to spoil my wife's life. Could someone explain the psychology behind all this.............get's on my nerves. Caught in the middle of families...I dont know what to do, my father left when i was two and know all of a sudden wants to reconnect [14 years later] and my family [all but my mom] does want me to. I am semi- willing to reconnect but if i do my family will hate me, i have grown up with my family, and not my father. [notice i dont call him dad] I was to young to know what happen 14 years ago , and now all i get are stories, whats worse is they stories don't line up, making it hard to base a decision. The divorce was painful for me since I loved her so much, yet she was so cold about it. We have no kids, & she said reason for divorce was because I had an anger problem & couldnt understand each other. I remember begging her to give me another chance, & promised that Ill change, but no use. We divorced in July, & havent contacted since. All that I knew about her was that she recently took a job offer I found her before the divorce. I found her this job because I hated her old job & thought she was better off with something else, but she refused to listen to me back then.

Im leaving town next month, & she found out about it, therefore she called yesterday which was totally unexpected of her since she ignored me during & after divorce. She acted sweet, sounded a bit lonely & sad, & seemed like an approach to try and reestablish some relationship since she was asking too many questions such as how long Ill be away, wholl take care of my cat, & asked for a favour to repair her laptop.

Ok, so there is this guy that i really like... We have been out before and everything and he is really cute and a great personality and everything!! So not to long ago my friends wanted me to do somthing... So when I was talking to this guy I slowly gave him a hug and walked away... I was so happy! Then later i was going to ask him to the fun night but another girl beat me to it!! =[ So now he asked another girl out, and they are going out! But the thing is She learned his last name yesterday! She has only known him for like 3 days! So now i was talking to her and she really likes him... But i have liked him for a month now... So, the fun night is coming up... Should i ask him to it? Or should i just leave it be and let her do it. She said that if she does go with Sam she will let me slow dance with him. But i don't know if i should or not! Should I ask him? Dance with him?
