My dad died 2 years ago and my mom lives with my husband and I. She's 80 yrs. old and has some health issues to where she can't live alone, but not bad enough for a nursing home.
My husband gets irked about some of the things that she does and says. I think they are trivial, but a big deal to him. They don't talk much because my husband thinks that everything mom says is negative. My mom avoids him and stays in her room alot. This makes for an uncomfortable silence at the dinner table.
Please help, I'm at my wits end with this! My brother moved 3 thousand miles away, so mom is our permanent resident. Don't get me wrong, I love them both.

i am dating a really great guy. we started dating and from the beginning he let me know he wanted me. he made it clear that he liked to stay with me at night and just cuddle even if we did not have sex. now he only seems to get together with me if it is clear to me that he wants to make love. i can clearly see the change in him. he will make excuses to go home, such as i have not had a shower yet after work,ect. my feelings are hurt, but i do not want to admit it. should i come clean and have a talk with him? it is embarrassing for me. maybe i shoudl tell him to hit the road? what would you do? i need advice on how to handle this.

I am married 23 years, being divorced. Final hearing scheduled 1 month from now. My attorney is a family friend...81 years old with severe multiple sclerosis. Her attorney is among the top 3 in my town. This was initially going to be simple, but greed has entered the picture. We have three homes...and she is asking for all property and money. I have paid far and above what child support asked for....even though both of my teenage sons have been removed from her home and placed into state protective custody.
WHAT DO I DO..........I FEEL LIKE I AM GOING TO A KNIFE FIGHT WITH A BANANNA IN MY HAND!

here in this part of Pa where I live, there are plenty of biracial families that are dysfuncional and alot of racism/segregation. With the exception of some wealthy interracials that fare a little better,but I want a girl with wisdom and character to like me for who I am, not just cause I,m black or for what I got!

my boyfriend of 6 months has a baby mother that is so ghetto .. she has called me a ***** for no reason and talks about me like a dog , but im that classy chick , i never answered her back, i just laugh at her.. and i think she keyed my car.. This is my second marriage. Been married 20 years and he has never "liked" my two kids. They are now 35 and almost 34. The 35 year old is a hard worker in a bar unfortunately. She makes good money bartending at a nice family type bar. Her companion, my grandson's father lives with them and is a musician. She needs me to babysit one or two times per week when they are both working. Example: Friday night from 7p to 12midnight and then Saturday from 4p to Sunday at 12noon. Usually only one night a week, overnight. About once a month, grandson is with other grandparents for the entire weekend as they live out of state. My husband of 20 years hates my daughter working in a bar and so do I but he wants me to tell her that I will not babysit if she works in a bar. She worked for 10 years in an office, word, excel and everything. She has been working in the same bar for 7 years. He wants me to tell her that if she doesn't quit working in a bar - I will not babysit. Help

I just do not understand it....My fiance had a major cow last night, because I added a friend from high school who I have not talked to in over 14 years to myspace account as a friend. I explained to him that there was nothing there and that I just wanted to see what that person had been up to in the last 14 years. Well to try to help matters better I have since deleted that friend from high school off myspace account as a friend. Ok, granted back in the high school days I did have a crush on this guy, but trust me every girl in school did. He was popular, quarterback of the football team...he had everything going for him. I love my fiance to death and would do nothing to harm what hiim and I have that is for sure and I tried to explain that to him that night. What should I do...I am so damn confused?

I met this guy. He's divorced and so am I. He has a child that he's raising alone and I have two. He's smart, articulate, charming, handsome, strong and successful---all that I could hope for in a man. He speaks of strong family values and is spiritual, like me. He lives in another city---about 2 hours away from me. This is not a problem. I have been alone long enough to appreciate goodness even if it is from a distance. I just find it hard to trust people. He calls frequently and he invites me to visit and offers to come see me. I have been trying to be sweet and kind because I know that being distrustful without merit is a turn off. I don't want to mess this up. This man could offer me a life of happiness and he just may be the right man for me. How do I ward off my old feelings of distrust? I don't want to miss out because I have been hurt in the past. Help!

My guy and I have a sorta good relationship but lately he has really been trippin. We've been with each other for about 1yr .He made a couple mistakes in our relationship but we got over them. Now he is really insecure and feels like I am going to hurt him , like cheat on him.
