ive been single for 4 months dont think im ready to date again cuz ive been hurt bad in the past but i like this guy help???

Stay single until you feel like your heart is ready to handle caring about someone again. Being single for 4 months is NOT that long, my dear! :) It's perfectly okay to be single, so don't feel like you need to rush into a relationship just to get out of being alone.
That being said, I agree with what another poster (I'm sorry; I forget who!) said....you can go on dates with people and still be "single." In my mind, being "single" means that you haven't verbally committed to dating just one person...that you haven't become "girlfriend and boyfriend" with anyone yet.
Please don't be too hard on yourself. If you don't think you're ready to date at all, please don't do it! If you want to cautiously jump back into the dating pool, then go hang out with this guy at a restaurant, at the movies, etc., etc. You don't have to make ANY commitments with him until you feel like you want to!

Stay single until your ready. Don't rush in, those are rebound relationships and they usually end bad. Congratulations for being strong!

i've got heard that one month single for each twelve months a pair have been jointly. So if so, after 4 months jointly - i'd propose purely over a week being single would be adequate. decide for it!

You'll be ready when you think you are ready, & not one minute sooner. Don't look around for excuses to rush things, take care of yourself 1st.
