If they didn't officially break up then no. If she didn't move away for good and they didn't break up then definitly no. If she moved away and will not see him again you should make sure first that he actually likes you like that before doing anything that could cause trouble between you and him and your friend. However if I were you I would not try anything with him. It's wrong to go out with your friend's ex. Just stay friends with him and leave it at that level.

if he feels the same about you, then I would suggest that the two of you go for it. I feel sorry for the other girl, but the whole point of a relationship is to find the "ONE". And who knows, maybe the two of you will make it work and life a long happy life together. But if its only you...don't. If the feeling is mutual and the feelings are there from him as well, go for it.
that whole girlfriends first or boys before hoes crap mean nothing. Those are not the people who will be with you when you are old and lonely. Find that person now and if it's him, pursue it!

you answer. WHat do u think will happen if your frined finds out. Would you want a big crush ruin your friendship with your best friend that happens to be a girl? Before you start anything else, ask her how she feels about that guy. But don't make it sound obvious. Get in a conversation about boys and then work up to that conversation about THAT boy. Cause if you make it too obvious she might just say "Why? Do u like him or something??"

Whatever this guy is to you, no you shouldn't let him know you have a crush on him. If i were you I wouldn't even think about going that route, for once he was your girl bestfriend man so why get into a relationship with him. Find you someone that none of your friend or there friends been with.

How close was this girl to you?, if she was your best friend and you cherish the friendship keep him as a friend. If she was a hello, bye type of friend that fins out what is going on with them from both sides without telling them that you like him.Get the feeling and see if it is worth going for.If it will bring drama in your life then it is not worth.

Hem!!
What belongs to you is yours, what is not for you and belongs to someone else ,is for that person.
Respect nature.Unless, the two are no more in relationship and you are no longer in relationship with your guy, then it is wise to go for him.
I tell you,it is natural that this is happening between you and your friends boy friend right now.But you need to be wise and control yourself. And my advise to you is control yourself so as to earn respect from other friends who are closed to you guys.If you ignor my advise and you proceed, you will not be confortable with the out come my friend.
thanks

Put your feelings out there, the worse that could happen is that he won't reciprocate. And don't worry about when his girl comes back, she's no longer his "girl". She left that behind when they broke up.

yes....do it soon...like yesterday.
you are cheating, even if is only with your mind
Being honest may seem like a hard thing to do but living with a lie is terrible and at the end you will loose both, love and respect
