I separated from my husband of 11 years before mental abuse.
I feel pain and hurt everyday since the separation 3months about, I continue to think about all the things he does to hurt me and it hurt badly. I need to know and stop the hate I hold for him because as long as I hold this feeling he has control over me. please tell me if anyone know exactly HOw do you stop hatting a person who has hurt you so deeply that you think about bad thought. How do you stop the hatred.

HELP! I am in love with a man that I dated at least 10 years ago. I broke off the relationship but I can't get him out of my head. I was so mean when we broke up because I didn't have agood job and he already had a career. I felt like dirt and felt dumb. Now I have a good job but I also have 2 kids and live 200 miles away. Should I write to him and tell him how sorry I am. I occasionally would see him at family functions but not recently. He is a friend of the family. My good friend acted different around me ever since i got back to school. Once, we were sitting an she starts resting her arm on my knee. I touched her shoulder and she flat out hugged me. Talked to me the whole class. Stole my hat for as long as she could. It ensuses

Then she stops doing it as much.

Then yesterday she doesnt do anything, then shes throwing stuff at me jokingly. Steals my hat. But i was tired of her doing it so i told her to keep it. She does. But as soon as its just the 2 of us she gets really quiet.

she didnt wear the hat and i find out her perfect guy descrption fits my looks. Then today she wears the hat nd tells me that the hitting is her way of affection

but tod she wrestled around the ground wth some guy

so im wondering if she still likes me or has she just decied to be my best friend

I wouldnt do this on here but my friends cant answer this question

My hubby just told me everyone thinks I'm a b**ch,but noone wants to tell me to my face.So why do they invite me for holiday dinners and family get togethers? Why do they talk to me at all?..Perhaps that's why noone calls me....wouldn't it be better if they just told me? If they cared wouldn't they just tell me? ......................It hurts to hear such things seeing as they act like they like me when I'm around them...........and I like them.........................................P.S.,I told him I just won't talk to them at all then if I'm really unpleasent to be around!.............

Men are not designed to be our girlfriends. They are not our be all end all. We as women must find our own self worth and stop waiting on a guy to give it to you. If he is not giving you enough attention, dump him and get someone who does or who meets those needs you have.. But do not rely on a man to give you your self worth or make him feel like he has to always be up yur *** all the time. Find something to do other than moan and whine about how he is not spending enough time with you.

This guy I see around at work, we always say hi to each other. We don't know each others names so when I say hi he'll say hi there. Or he'll say hi there and I'll say hi. I don't know him at all though. Today when I was bringing work over to another department. And I was leaving the area some lady and I were laughing. I then saw him from a distance and he said are you causing trouble? I just laughed and smiled. Do you think this guy was kind of flirting or may find me attractive. Too not see a guy?I am 18 years old only ever had one bf that i really loved this year he was my first everything and well he got me pregnant and left me twice i lost the baby at 5 months i called to tell him since are contact was non existant. I tried being friends because we are going to the same college but a few weeks ago his gf told me to leave him alone he apologized and then said he never wanted to see me again. I met this new guy who really liked me was sweet and gentle but i am just not attracted to him like i was my ex. bf i still love my ex.bf. What is their problem? They can be walking with you and then start to stare at these other guys. Who are always the hot Black or Hispanic guys and never the nerdy or corny ones. When you ask them what's wrong they say , I just wanna make sure that guy doesn't look at you. Are you kidding me? They are either closet gay or creepy paranoid. What makes it worse is the fact that these guys aren't even paying attention to us. My older brother use to tell me white guys are weird and now I believe it. Geezz !!!

I talk to my ex all of the time, but when i say something silly he acts affended. He is still mean to me most of the time but not bully mean, just flirty mean. Whenever we are sitting in class, he will steal all of my books or my notes and try and steal all my papers and sometimes he will even call me ugly and say other mean things. But at other times, he is really cool and nice to me. Why is it so confusing to be friends wih your ex's? Could it mean that he still might like me? What is your oppinion? I have a friend who I really like. She knows I like her becasue I told her and I even asked her out almost a year ago. In the last two years my husband has had a really bad temper. He has cursed at me, thrown and hit things in anger....living in this makes me feel bad and not close to him, and I have pondered the thought on being with him or not. Often I feel like something is wrong inside, I claim its with my husband or I think it is so I ask him "Do you feel distant from me?", "Do you feel like we have an emotional connection?" "Do you love me?" He gets really frustrated when I ask these questions because its ALL the time, and I ask him even when he is on his best behavior and we are ok. I have had approximately five serious relationships in my lifetime. Twenty years ago, I thought I found the right woman, but the marriage lasted only three and a half years. My grandpa is in prison and i need to write to the parole board...(hes up for parole) i need to say in a letter that i can provide,food,a place to stay,help him find a job. he can stay with me. i can help him get on his feet. the letter needs to start like this.... To the Parole Board,
