Oh that's really nice of you.
Dear Parole Board,
with regards to the upcoming review of Mr Wayne .............. Prison number ...............................
Would you be so kind as to take into consideration the following when reviewing my grand fathers parole.
I am ...............[name]..............his grand daughter, I am married [state the correct family info] to Mr.........................
We reside at...................... and employed........I work at ..............for the past ................ years and my husband works at...................... for the past ................. years.
I am in the position to be able to offer my grand father a safe place to come to and reside with me upon his release, where he can re adjust to the outside world with as little distractions and with no undue worries. I am also in the position to be able cover all his costs and expenses during the adjustment period as well as up to and including the time that he finds gainful employment.
I feel that the crime...................[what he did] is of course a very serious matter and it is with this in mind that I wish to offer this very special person in my life a safe place to stay where he can be guided along the way back into being a good productive member of society..............
Hun if you want contact me off this and I can help you a little bit more

To the Parole Board,
I am writing on behalf of Wayne Lawson. He is up for parole soon. I would like to let you know that I can help him find a place to work, give him a place to stay and provide for his needs. I would like the opportunity to do this as he is my grandfather. I will also make sure he keeps in contact with his parole officer as I am sure that will be necessary. Thank you for reading my letter and taking my request into consideration.
Sincerely,
Your name

The best thing for you to do is to keep it simple.
"My name is (insert name) and I am writing this letter on behalf of my grandfather (insert name).
I understand he is up for parole and my wish is for him to come live with me when he gets out. I can provide room and board and help him get to his various appointments."
Then add some happy child hood memories or how much you miss him, or how much you've seen him change and also try and go to the parole meeting.
Good luck to you and your grandfather.

Dear Sir/Madam of the Parole Board,
I am writing this letter in recognition of ____(grandfather's name)___, who will be up for parole on _____(Date)_____. When he will be released, he will be living with me, his grandson/granddaughter. I am a reliable person who will be able to support him in his time of need and recovery. I currently am employed at ____(Company)____ and will be able to support ____GRANDFATHER NAME_____ financially. I own my own car as a means of transportation, and he will always be in my care.
~~~Something along these lines, fix it up for what you want it to say, i guess that is what i would write in a letter.
~~Hope this helps!
~~As far as spelling, theres always spell check!
~~make sure you type it so its neat, and sign it at the bottom.
Good luck~!
