My partner is moving in with me, but I will continue to pay the mortgage on my house. It's not a very happy topic I know, but should I ask her to sign some sort of contract in case we split up? Do they exist?

I am writing a paper catagorizing the names and terms women give men when it comes to realtionships and dating, positive or negative. And I am writing about why and how they are used. Could anyone give me a few examples to add to my list? I have: nice guy, mama's boy, player stud, Knight in Shining Armor, Prince Charming, etc.
Alos, I'd really like some input on if or why men like being desribed as such. I'm not supporting stereotypes I am just adressing them as part of a language women use.

We've talked on IM for about a month now, and he's really cool and interesting to talk to..he seems really school-orientated (he's a master's student) and just really... normal. I told him I want to meet, but he says we aren't 'compatible'. Problem is, we still talk and it's sort of getting my hopes up that maybe he's 'falling' for me and that we'll meet one day. By the way, he doesn't have a problem with coming here to have casual sex.. but doesn't think it'll lead anywhere else. I'm not stupid enought to do that, even despite how much I 'like' this guy. Should I try and get him to like me through IM.. or just forget about him caus he already told me how he feels?! Also, please tell me why he still talks to me about even though I've told him that I won't sleep with him casually?
