Because some women lie about who fathered the kid and because some women think popping out kids is a good way to sit on their *** and do nothing!!! The dad's that do pay-great! those that don't well --is it because they can't afford to pay for their own rent/food and child support payments or are they just selfish??
I do believe that men should support their offspring but wow the laws are not set up to take into account cost of living. Heaven help the man that knocks up a lazy woman and then marries someone else and has a kid. Both kids lose.

As a woman I can understand why men refuse to pay child support.I have seen time after time some woman let themselves get pregnant just to get a man, this is 2006. There is absolutely no reason for a woman to get pregnant, in this day and age.If you are not using protection count on getting pregnant. and having to pay accordingly.

Well, for starters if your "baby daddy" is not trying to support his children then you are not dealing with a man, you are dealing with an immature person who has not grown up yet. REAL men dont deny there blessings (children) there are people in this world that cant have kids or lost there children. My advice is if he does not cooperate then you must inforce him to pay (report it) but dont sit back and wait for it. Continue to be the bigger person and handle your business.

I dont know but my real faher never paid child support and instead of my mom taking him to court, she decided to work hard and support me and my sister. She said that she learned her lesson. You can never depend on a guy. I think women need to support thier own kids becuz if u take your ex to court, all u will do is put stress on your child. Life is hard as it is.

You cheated on him so that caused a divorce, you have two kids and since the law takes the women's side85% of the time she gets the kids....so now you have taken them from him and he has to pay you for a mistake you made. Second of all its the way the papers are served to you for court........and they start by saying.........YOU ARE BEING SUED BY (MOTHERS NAME) FOR CHILD SUPPORT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF (KIDS NAME)........Its the fact that you are being sued that tick us men off....I pay for two children and I dont mind one bit, it was when I received the court papers that really got to me.

why? because they probably are not sure that the kid is theirs. day time tv shows this all the time... paternity tests show what is obvious, most women are ho's and the kid could come from a Martian, they don't even know. It is pathetic women nowadays have no morals... same as most men.... pathetic society we have now... no morals, values and integrity is shot. i pity the poor children who have to grow up in this sick society....does this answer your question? i bet you already knew the answer, right? ?

Because they are weak, ignorant , people..Think they can get away with it but it will get them eventually......My ex hasn't paid a cent in the ten years we have been divorced..but his day will come...Especially when I turn him in for not filing taxes for the past ten years also

Because they are irresponsible turds. But you slept with him I'm sure you realllllly loved him at the time. Now you know it wasn't worth it. Contact Social Services and take the turd to Court.

Tell your local welfare office and they can take the money right from his check before he gets it. That might help. Spread the word!
