First the layout of the weekend sort of like a newsletter of what and where u would like them to be and when.
Maybe some local products from puerto rico area, lotions shampoos, candys and maybe even some bubble bath. Do the rooms have cd players? Have a cd made up of the music u both like with your picture on it..

A book of the main attractions in Puerto Rico, your schedule of the Wedding, and anything that is a symbol of the kind of ceremony you are having.

Everyone has some great ideas. Add to them a disposible camera so they can take pics at all the wedding related events. The guests can then send you the copies and you'll get to see your wedding from so many different perspectives.

depending on how big the bags are, how about slippers and/or flip flops, tanning lotion (for those who need it), maybe some seasonings and/or spices from there to take back home, towels and/or robes, a gift certificate for bathing suits, phone cards, native jewelry (bracelets, necklaces)...

I had a few more ideas, but I just lost them. Anyway, hope these help or inspire you. Congrats & Good Luck!

Put cool beach towels, sunblock, sun-lip-block, something traditionally Puerto Rican (not sure what that would be, never been there) and put it all in a beach bag. A friend of mine did this and it was a hit.

surely water - fairly while you're at elevation. I basically spent 2 weeks in Mexico city (approximately 7,000 ft or so) for college and the 1st day, with the aid of elevation, i replaced into so dry and parched... additionally determine you provide your travelers some 'relax time' - lower back -being at elevation us lowlanders can no longer breathe way up there... some easy snacks, lower back - basically having traveled and time zone adjustments and all that make your eating time table somewhat off. a be conscious thanking them for coming, some little memento of the section... whether it rather is a stupid key-chain or some thing touristy...
