Shantai Bowen thinks I said some stuff behind her back when I didn't, so she's been really rude to me. So my friend Lauren and I got back at her so now she's really pissed. How do I apologize without saying it to her face? (I hate confrontations, there awkward)

This Shantai Bowen, probably started the rumer that you were talking behind her back, HER SELF. Girls do that when they don't like someone or they feel intimadated by another girl or have jelousy issues toward another girl. YOU don't appologize for NOTHING, you did NOTHING to her, you have nothing to say sorry for, and although you should never 'get back' at anyone, I am sure she deserved whatever she got, but for carma reasons, I wouldn't do it again to anyone. She is no good and if you gravel and say your sorry, then you are making her feel like 'Queen Bee' and she is not worth all that........... at all. She is only trying to hurt you. Grow a back bone............. don't listen or pay her any attention at school in the halls or in class......... if she threatens to fight you, don't back down........... you be stronger then her and don't be wimpie about nothing or she will haunt you throughout your school years............. be strong, be serious, and be the bigger person who isn't excepting her games and imaturity. First off if she already thought you had said something and didn't you had NO right getting someone else involved and why did you have to get her back ,she didn't do anything, she thought you did so actually you owe her an apology..The best way it to confront her and tell her first you didn't say the things she thought you did, second apologize for getting her back which was wrong on your part she was only being rude because she had heard something you was suppose to have said about her..She the victim here..It may be awkward but the only way..

Look her in the eye and say this exactly " Hey Shantai, I totally f**ked up and things got crazy. I was just pissed that you thought I said something I didnt. So anyways, what can I say cept Im sorry" Now, learn your lesson. Whatever you and your friend did after was totally uncool and dont do it again.

Stand at the corner of her house with a poster sign that says "Im sorry, Shantai"
Just suck it up and apologize and stop trying to apologize without actually apologizing.

I guess if you aren't mature enough to talk to her in person, do it in a letter, but whatever you choose to say in your letter, she might get the wrong impression depending upon how she reads it, so I would call her. Just be honest with her, and listen to how she feels as well. Of course she is going to be pissed after you got back at her with Lauren, it should have stopped there, and explain that to her. If you are open and honest with her, she'll probably do the same to you.

sorry, the only way is to talk with both... if they don't hear you, you will keep the pain of loose them, but the peace of try to fix the things...
you must talk, and say your version, and your feelings, the moment where the things occurred is not good to try to fix, you need a little time (but not two or three months), so the fog of the wrath can be ligther

You did something wrong so the best way to resolve it is to apologize face to face. You will feel so much better once it is all over.

If you did not say anything you should not apologise, this girl is a bully, stand up to her and take no notice of her. Be confidant and speak up for yourself is she says anything and if she acts silly ignore her. Don,t lower yourself.

If your friendship means alot to you then you should face her and tell her ..If you can't do that then send her a letter and explain yourself and ask her to call you..if she calls you she accepted your apoligy if she don't she is still mad or hurt
