Ok...here's the deal. My little sister has been with this guys for a year. He preposed to her and gave her a $3000 engagement ring. Out of NO WHERE he decided that his 'feelings' had changed. Now mind you, they WEREN'T even having problems and he just SPRUNG this on her. She is shocked and heartbroken. Well, to top it all off, HE ASKED FOR THE RING BACK!!! Should she give it to him??????

My girlfriend is hispanic and I am white. I'm 30 and she is 20. She still lives with her parents. They don't believe that we should see each other everyday. They also believe that we shouldnt talk on the phone as much as we do (3 hours a day average). Are they right? Should I obey? Or should I put up a fight because I don't believe they are right?

It doesn't matter what kind of email, it I send one to my stepsons or to a friend of mine, none of them ever respond. Is it a guy thing? I mean, no joke can they tell me they liked or didn't, if I ask a question, it gets ignored....are they oblivious to the "reply" button or what?!

There is a girl in my town who is friends with everybody. When a man that you've only been dating for a few months but not really "in love with" tells you he loves you, how does that make you feel about yourself and about him? Is it a sign of weakness on his part in any way? Do you lose a little respect for him? Is it better to hold it on or let it out when you know she probably doesn't feel the same way?

A while back I started chatting online with a guy who was stationed in Iraq. he's been writing me back and forth a bit both online and in actual snail mail letters that he sends usually of drawings of stuff he made.

Anyway, a while back I said "if you ever want to hang out or something when you get back hit me up". Well I meant that however the closer it grows towards when he gets sent back the more and more he's both bringing it up then bringing up "All the troble" to get from where he lives in the US to where I am and such. Basically I think he's guilt tripping me to "get something" if you follow what I am saying. Any advice on how I should deal with this?

Just today the Dr.'s said that my grandma has 3 to 6 months to live and no more than a year.
Hospice will be coming in to help take care of her
I don't want to cry or be depressed around her and make her sad,cry and be depressed.
What is the best way to deal w/ this sort of thing?

I did something that I am not proud of. I live with my mother and my brother. A week ago, for some strange reason my mother decided to try something new for lunch, “Mountain Oysters”. I thought they were some kind of oysters, but they did not seemed like oysters at all, they just looked like big oval balls, about the size of two softballs. Anyway, when she told us that they were bull testicles….first I was shocked, then started laughing. My brother was just staring at them with a serious face. But then I noticed that my brother begin to blush, and I could not help but to laugh uncontrollable at him, and my mother too. Then she left to do some more shopping. First I was joking with him about the oysters, then got courage and picked up one of the “oysters” to embarrassed him even more. THEN I got a little carried away and without thinking just throw the “ball” very hard into his balls!!! He doubled over to his knees and then fell to the side, his face became pale, he was down for more than five minutes, and the sight of him holding his balls with the big ball just next to him was too much for me, and I laughed so hard that I had tears in my eyes! He then got up, and was real mad, and just locked himself in his room. He never told my mother, I guess he was too embarrassed. He did not eat the oysters, lol.
Now I feel kinda bad for him. What can I do?

He doesn't want to go to school. This started last year. We even changed schools thinking it would help. He does struggle some in school but not to the point where he is flunking. He is a very manipulative child, blames others and I think acts less mature than other his age (baby talks, throws tantrums, says very hurtful things)
Oh-when he is visiting friends-the parents always comment on what a great kid he is and how easy gpoing he is? I want that kid to come home.LOL I love this guy so much and want to help him as well as stop the chaos in our home.
His dad has been gone for 3months on active duty and will be gone for another year, so I am on my own with this.

My fiance and I have been living together for almost 2 years now, and I've realize that he doesnt pick up things unless I ask ... Then it makes me the bad person who is always nagging. I tend to just let things be and if the room is messy its messy. He doesnt seem to care to help me do the laundry or help me pick up. His lack of responsobilities concerns me. I love him, when two people are in a relationship ..we should give and take... it's 50/50. I feel that he isnt being fair and understanding my circumstances, I work and go to school..I dont want to come home and end up doing his laundry all the time even on my day off. I just want to relax. I never really have free time. If I ever do I end up doing nothing. It's soo stressful to deal with him. I want him to realize that I'm not his slave and it seems like he's taking me for granted, and he doesnt do things for me..How can I let him realize that its unacceptable?

If all it takes for a guy to make it with a girl is to notice things like when they get their hair done wear a new outfit or new scent or appreciate the hard work it took for her to prepare a nice meal for him. Then why is it that most guys either won't or find it so hard to do these things yet never seem to have any trouble noticing one particular thing about girls (you know what I mean). But on the other hand guys expect girls to just immediately notice them like the guys on those tag body spray commercials and appreciate them and do certain other things for them with nothing in return. Now no offense and correct me if I'm wrong but I always thought a relationship was supposed to be about give and take not take and take.
