Okay I came up to these guy today and I told him that I liked him and we exchanged numbers. And I guy Is sooo shy.How long should I wait til call him or should I wait until He calls.I don't want to sound deseprate But I can't stand waitin I need to talk to him.I know about the one day rule.And most guys don't call until 3days or even a week Can someone please help me out.

Like you say, one day is too soon, three days he'll think you don't care. Two is the right amount. Go for it!

Don't wait to call him. Calling him - and mind you, he DID give you his number when you asked! - isn't being desperate. Calling him after he's asked you not to is desperate.

if u really are desperate, just call ahead..tell him ur looking for ur sister or u dialled a wrong number..then start a conversation with him...
