I get sweaty and i shake alot. don't get me wrong i have confidence in myself other wise, but infromnt of a bunch of people, i crack. plz help it is affecting my job. i will know the answer but when it comes out, my voice shakes and i can maintain a normal posture

you need a distraction from the fear...... hold a paper clip in your hand and bend and play with it... a rubber band..... a rock..... something, anything to distract your brain from the fear and nercousness......... God bless

Sounds like you have a case of anxiety, maybe you should talk to a councellor about it.Do some meditation and deep breathing.You dont need medication to solve this problem, just some alternative therapy.

You have a very common condition known as social phobia. Medication and counseling can do wonders. Don't continue like this, help can be obtained from your local county mental health office. Best of luck.

You suffer from social anxiety. A mix of therapy and medication will solve this. Talk to a doctor.

you i go to karaoke and i sing alot when i first started getting up there i waz nervous very nervous but now it don't bother me because i know act as though you were alone your the only one there! that helps me cause i know
after a while you will not be afraid really it happens to all of us its natural to be nervous
