Im a very very shy person, a top profession and have everything that a man dream of, but Im still a virgin.I cant talk directly to woman and maybe thats why.I cant make the first move and I dont know why.What should I do or what shall I say to start dating.
Remember Im 120% not gay.

My living situation has been a total nightmare thus far. My roommate of 3 months (who i met on craigslist) is a miserable miserable person. He hates his job, hates his life and reminds me of this every day through his actions and words. I honestly believe that he makes life difficult for me to make himself feel better. Anyway, I am determined to cut this "poison" out of my life. The problem is that I can't bear to leave this beautiful apartment. How can i make this guy move back home or something without being too obvious?

I have a 12 yo daughter. Her breats have developed to the point she clearly needs a bra nad she's been wearing one for 2 months. The girl doesn't like, says they are uncomfortable and makes her sweat when it's hot. But since she really needs a bra, I've been firm, though with much love. I spent several hours heling her choose her bras and yet she didn't like any of them. I'm a very undersdtanding and loving mom, but on this point I had to use my motherly authority. Today I got to know my girl didn't obey and she ended up admitting severl times she took off her bra and put it on again before getting home. She's a very good girl and usually obedient, I don't think this was anything bad, I see this as something childish, But anyway, she shouldn't take off her bra without authorization.
Do you think I'm being a good mom for making her wear a bra though she doen't like it? I'm sure it's for her best
Do you she should be punished for taking off her bra? If so, what punishment?

I mean its ok to look once and than look away. But he just stares and makes sure they look back at him. We have fights about his staring. He knows that guys are always hitting on me and if I wanted to I could so what he is doing.....but its just not my style. I want to leave him but he gets upset. I find his behaviour really annoying. We have 2 children ......he needs to grow up and realise that...or just leave. what do you think??

There is someone at my work that I have become very good friends with and she know that I think she is very beautiful and enjoy spending time with her. Anytime I go to break or lunch she wants to go with me almost every time and we chat on Yahoo all the time, However she is married. She has told me that she wants to hang out more often outside of work but needs to make sure that her husband is okay with it. She has told me that she has a guy best friend who she can go out with and do things with whenver she wants and she has told me several times, that she has told her husband that this guy has absolutely no chance of being with her ever. She has never told me that she has told her husband that I have no chance..could be she is just being nice to me I dunno. I wonder if the reason why she hasn't told her husband that is because it might not be true. Phew!!! well now it's your turn to tell me what you think....that is if you can get through the whole thing.

I have been with my boyfriend for 6 years. We have had domestic violence issues in the past, but ever since I got pregnant 2 years ago, there has been no physical violence. We do fight on occassion and it does get down to yelling and name calling. Basically for 6 years I have been supporting him in one way or another. He works, but doesnt make much money and doesnt try to better himself. He moved to AZ with me when I had my baby. Now im stuck taking care of him basically. He has a job but works 25-36 hours a week. (I also pay for his 13yr old son to come visit) He has no savings or any plan for the future. He hasnt helped me pay rent in over 6th months. I have pleaded with him to pick up hours. Im in the process of buying my second home and I would save money by not taking him with me. He is a good dad, and I care about him. He doesnt even have a car, he uses mine. BUT , he does have money to buy cigarrettes. Hes 32 yrs old. Im 28. Should I try and make this work for my daughters sake?

Hi. I live about five hours away from my boyfriend. We have been together for almost 2 years, and I know that he has never cheated on me. He got a new job as a store manager a few months ago, and he works constantly.
He usually called me about every other day or so. That was fine with me. After he got his new job, he worked so much that he called about once every 4 or 5 days. We argued about it a lot and I told him how unhappy I was and he said he would change.
Well he kept saying that he was trying, but I would only get phone calls about every 6 days. He called tonight for the first time in a week and we argued about it again. He said that it probably isn't going to change and that he isn't going to apologize because I know how busy he is and we've "had that conversation too many times."
I'm tired of it too, but I don't know what to do. We have discussed marriage and I know that he loves me a lot. I love him so much and it is so hard to deal with this.
Please help me!

Well my life has been a disaster since I can't remember when, I've lost my job things aren't looking so good for me right now, i've applied everywhere possible even put the wages down, fixed my resume a few times... My mom thinks that my boyfriend's and i aren't good for each other and usually she's right. For my wife, sex once a month is enough. I like at least once a week. We talked about it but no change. Moreover it is always me who is trying to give her pleasure. But she never does anything to try to give me pleasure. I even gave her some adult movies to watch to get ideas. It seems she does not think it is necessary to give and take. She says she never gets the urge to have more sex no matter what I do. Sometimes I stop having sex for a long period. after 1 month it seems that she wants to do it but as I dont want to show that I want to, she also never initiates. This is causing a lot of problem in our life. Anybody have any advice ?
