Why do you want to get divorced? Why do you want to change your job?

Finances, work and relationships are some of the key things involved in depression (for example, private life usually does not play a part in it).

If you think that there is no way to fix the things that are bothering you, then by all means, get a divorce and a new career. However, try talking to someone who can give you a lot of insight on your problems. A religious figure, a good friend, a community counseling center. Some states have a toll-free depression line that you can call to talk to people who can help.

The best of luck!

If you want a divorce ask yourself why. What is it about your job that makes you want to change it? Maybe because of your job and your marriage that you are depressed so get rid of them both or seek help with your depression and see what happens after you do that before you do away with them. Whatever you do though find someone to talk to about your depressed state because if you dont then you will only get worse and your unhappiness will soon consume you.

Get a divorce, change your job and get on anti-depressants.

Seriously, try taking on a new job first. See if your feelings change about everything else.

Why do you want a divorce? That's serious.

Take up a new hobby - running, mountain climbing, etc.

relax.

write down each area in your life that doesn't satisfy you.

ask yourself what about the situation it is that you really don't like.

ask yourself whether or not it's something you can change

do research. stop and think for a while. what really needs changing and what can u do to change it? If it's your marriage that you're unhappy with, what exactly in the marriage don't you like? can it be saved?

decide what steps need to be taken, and put them in order. try to plan an action EACH DAY to help you reach the desired goal. (day one: make updated resume. day 2: search online for jobs in your field....)

good luck. don't make any hasty decisions. stop and think long and hard before making any life-changing choices. marriage and jobs are 2 important parts of our lives so don't take them lightly or do/say something u may regret. weight ur posibilities and consider all options.

Are you unhappy with your life or yourself?

Instead of making such drastic changes, start with small positive ones.

Depression is an illness, and can make the bad seem worse that it sometimes is, maybe seek help for the depression before making any drastic rash decisions.
