There's a girl i've been trying to date for the past 2 months now who has definetly been giving me mixed messages. She gave me her number, but every time I call her and ask her out, she says she's busy, and explains what it is she has to do. I'd always end the conversation with "call me if you want to do anything" and she would reply, "okay, you too." So next week rolls along and I call her again, and recieve the same answer. But she'd always talk to me with a regretful tone, as if she wanted to do something but couldn't.The only time I ever really see her is when I'm at work, but every time I try to talk to her she seems to ignore me. This could be in part to the fact that we both work there, and she doesn't want to start rumors with the coworkers (let me explain. We work different shifts in a local grocery store, and only part time. I am 17 and she is 16, so our job is not too important) but I'm still definetly confused. Is she playing hard to get, or impossible to get?

This guy I am very attracted to whom I have never met unintentinally found out that I am attracted to him. I went to his ball game and while there he was looking right at me several times. In fact a few of his teammates to were looking at me. Then when I thought I was safe for a quick look when this guys back was towards me he suddenly stopped and turned his head around so fast and looked directly at me with a big smile. His friend, the one who told him I liked him said I should come up and watch them play tomorrow, was also saying I should go find him and talk to him. He also said wasn't he way more smiley tonight over the other night. Is his friend trying to set us up? When a guy looks at a woman he has never met, what could be a few of the things going through his mind and why is he looking so much? I know that if I find out someone is attracted to me that i'm not I try NOT to look at them in fear of giving them the wrong idea. Do guys do this also?

My boyfriend and I moved into together 9 months ago and I feel like it was too soon and it eventually broke us up. I know that some people say that moving into with someone is the best way to know if you are compatible but I also wonder if there is a right time because I feel like we weren't ready and now we are broken up. I know it's bad to play the what if game and that everything is supposed to happen for a reason but I guess I really just want to learn from this. Personal experience would be great.

FOr about a month I was spendign like every day with her. SHe told me she had never trusted anyone so quicky or deeply as me, she said I could lean on her for anything, then a jealous firned got in the way, we didnt talke for a about 2 weks, now she seems to be interested again. But for those few weeeks I felt like she had totally disconnected from me. Do you think she is trying to re-establish what we had before? She says we probably wont be together anytime soon , but her actions says htat she is very interested in me. Is she playin with me, just very friendly, or is she confused about what she wants?

I have a 12 and 10 year old and a huge family that cares much for us. recently my husband got a job and we were forced to move 3 hurs away. the schools seem horrible and the area equally as well. I want to leave my husband wants to work this job. He is a good man and I care for him much but I feel as if the kids should be with there family in schools wjich they were happy. Please help........as of now I am planning to not be here within the year. What should I do??

my ex bf claimed he had someone for me. thought it was him not wanting to tell me. i havent spoken to him for two months when suddenly he im's me. i told him i didnt want anything to do with him. the next day someone im's me and says my ex bf gave him my sn. i dont know if its really my ex bf undercover or if not. he lied so much to me i dont think i can trust anything he says.(u may think thats a dumb idea but if done right it can work!) any advice?

My family background is Indian and I am 26. I have a Masters in Software Engineering (not Sociology). My parents are some what traditional and would like me to marry by next year. They've been looking for some people and there was this one person I liked alot but her aunt did not like me so it didn't get far.

My parents introduced me to another girl who is really sweet and nice. I've met her twice and gone on 1 date with her. It's not possible to request additional dates as her parents will not approve. She does have some short comings.

1. She forms no opinion of her own
2. She is afraid of her sister. When her sister is present, she is too afraid to talk.  I am not sure why but maybe she's afraid she'll make a mistake and get a lecture later on.
3. Once she thinks she has an idea, she will not change her mind. She will set it in stone

My concern is
what if I meet someone better than her? At the same time, I'd hate to lose her if I end up with someone worse then her!

Hi everyone, this is lovely........
we were friends from the last 6 months. We used to share lot many things.........our tastes r also similar. He used to console me when im sad. I have a friend, we have been friends forever but she gets really moody on me, takes her anger out on me, if she has the slightest problem, she takes it out on everyone around her, regardless of how much they try to be there for her. She gets Social Security and cannot work, but as far as I am concerned, her mental problems all have to do with her being a spoiled rotten only child who has the incapacity to relate to others, she is very self centered, wants to be the center of attention. I avoid her now, but I consider telling her that she is far too crazy to be my friend any more, to wash my hands of her. Everyone is walking away from her, Child Protective Services took her kids from her, her family has practically disowned her, all her friends walked away, her boyfriend sees other women because he cannot stsnd her. I feel that there are no excuses for her behavior, She is not seriously ill, like bipolar or schizophrenic, and she is aware of her actions. Any 1 out there w/ answers?
