smile, look him in the eyes(but don't stare, that's just freaky),make conversation with him,don't play hard to get , that just ruins it all, be nice(make sure it doesn't look too fake), be yourself,be confident, introduce yourself, ask him out, that's about it really. Or all I can think of. There r heaps of web sites that will give u tips. Just google it. (Past experience)

hard to say without knowing the type of guy she has a crush on. I'd smile at him bat her eyes play with her hair maybe dress a little trashy. it all depends on the type of guy.

she could wear a sweet smelling perfume, and tell her to walk right by hin almost next to him so he smells it and when he looks over at her tell her to look himright in the eye and give a big smile! and tell her to look at him a lot and smile. and after doing that for awhile tell her to just adk him out~ good luck!
