The only place I ever see blue balls is in a toy store at the ball counter. The man usually finds relief another way. Have him talk to a boy friend and get suggestions, but don't go looking for any blue balls on him.

well they become engorged with blood and seminal fluids generated by the prostate and testes. If you were to look at a nut of a guy you teased for hours (minus one nut-sack) you may indeed observe a more blueish coloring. Thankfully nuts are tightly contained in said nut-sack so we don't always see the alleged blue color. I can attest that this condition can be very painful. No. However, it is true that when highly aroused the balls become tighter and more firm and the testes draw up closer to the body. Contrary to the myth, it's not really uncomfortable, much less painful (well, the penis itself can get pretty uncomfortable if you're wearing tight clothing).

but they can hurt if you are about to orgasm, and then suddenly hold back, for what ever interruption occurs,and get a sensation of bruising, therefore they feel like blue balls,not actually blue though.

It happened to my brother. He had a girlfriend that was a tease and he didn't masturbate.The doc said "You need to either have sex or masturbate" Its pretty painful by his account. Its a real thing.But don't let some guy say its your fault, he has hands.
