I think if you're both in the same spot in life then it should be successful. At 34 has he done what he's wanted to do in life that maybe you would not like to do? At 50 I'm sure you're not going to want to "man-sit" him into making right choices in life to be financially stable as well as being emotionally stable. Don't carry him financially, that wouldn't be fair to you! I think if you both share the same interests and are going in the same direction then enjoy yourselves! At 50 you have the wisdom of "life" use it to your advantage ! Be careful, be wise. take care

My brother was 30 when he married a 44 yr old woman and they seem to be happy. I think as long as both people are committed and love one another then age is just a number
