There is a girl in my town who is friends with everybody. She is always preaching about how she doesn't judge ppl and how she loves everyone. but she HATES me and will admit to anyone she does not know anything about me or ever even met me. She is always trying to turn my friends against me. What on earth is her problem?

haven't you seen a zany movie? all you have to do is turn actual tension into sexual tension, and you don't even have to work at it.
get in a fight, till both of you are yelling into eachothers faces, then make out

Do you really care if this girl likes you or not. She is nothing! If it really bothers you go up to her and ask her what the hell her problem is.
I think she is jealous of you for some reason.

Just confront her. If she won't give you a straight up answer, then I just wouldn't worry about it. It sounds like she has some kind of jealousy towards you or resentment that you dont even know about.
