I said to myself, my friends and the guy himself you seem so perfect, 30 y/o, very attractive, great job, close, good family...what's wrong w/him? So I asked if he had been married or had kids (which wouldn't be a complete dealbreaker but would still create some issues) and his answer was that he had once been engaged and would go into details at some point in time. Well, through the magic of online court documents (I use it for work) found out he has in fact been divorced. B/4 I confront him on this (if at all) I would like to find out more. First of all, should I confront him? If so, how? Any advice on finding out people's whereabouts w/o spending money or hiring a PI? Also, I think she was a reserve called to active duty so is there any way to find out if she is still in, discharged or even killed?

Here's the deal. My best friend went out with my boyfriend's friend for a while and now they're broken up. It's only been two weeks since the breakup. Now she's interested in another one of my boyfriend's friends. I don't think she should start seeing him because I think it will look bad right away. Plus her relationships never last very long anyway. If it doesn't work out with the new guy, what's next? A third friend of my boyfriend's! How do I tell her that my boyfriend and I don't want to hook her up with the new guy without hurting her feelings. I just don't want her to be known as the girl who gets around, and I don't want it to cause problems for me and my boyfriend too.

So my husband is white but my family is African-black and royalty. Because I knew that I would have to have a traditional wedding, my husband and I got married at city hall first with just his brother there who I am very close with. It really pissed off my parents but I was happy we did it just for us.

Now that it has come time to have the traditional wedding ceremony, my husband and I cannot stop fighting about it. At first we were all going to go back to Africa to get married and my husbands’ family was really into the whole idea and really excited to get to see Africa. We decided not to because there’s a lot of war where I’m from right now and instead we’re going to fly some of my family into the States.

Now my husband’s parents are unhappy because they feel like my family has taken over the whole wedding and they don’t have a say in it. They call up my husband and complain. He fights with me about it. I tell him that his parents need to express whatever they feel to my parents but he says they don’t feel like they can. I’m feeling really harassed by my husband, his parents and even my parents!

My husband and I have been together for more than seven years and I've spent almost every Christmas and summer vacation with his family. He has hardly spent any time with my family. His family is really kind, successful and has a ton more money than my family. Now that its time to put my family in the spotlight for the first time, I feel like his parents can’t handle it. His parents say they just want us to have a wedding for ourselves as opposed to a wedding for my family but I think secretly they really they want it to be more for them. I wish this could be so because I think weddings should be equally about both families. Unfortunately, I cannot change a thousand years of history. Besides, my husband and I already had a wedding for ourselves! At least we didn’t end up going back to Africa where there would have been literally thousands of my people in attendance and only ten of his family. I just want everyone to be happy. What am I going to do? Please help!!!

My brother has a new wife and i didn't really like her when they were dating, but now that she is married to him i have chosen to bury the hatchett for my bro's sake. i'm trying to figure out what to put in the card, but i'm quite clueless. i wrote a whole blurb of nice heartfelt things to my bro, but it's rather difficult for me to do the same with her. i'm at the point where i'll steal somone else's words just so that she won't feel left out.

A friend of mine is having some issues with her boyfriend. He works-she doesn't. Because of this, she waits on him hand and foot to try and make it "easier" on him. They also have 2 small children. He doesn't have to do ANYTHING around the house. They have lawn service and she does everything else without having to be asked. His clothes are sorted and hung for work, his dinner is ready every night when he gets home, she even has him a drink made when he walks through the door. He doesn't even have to take the trash out-she does it. He's never gotten up with the baby at night (says he'll be tired at work), doesn't help her do a single thing when he gets home and doesn't spend any time with the kids while he's there. Their anniversary was 2 months ago but he didn't get her anything or take her out. (said he'd make it up to her). Then he goes everywhere and anywhere and she never says anything. She NEVER gets a break and is feeling a wee bit underappreciated: is she right?

About 3 months ago, on the exact same day, I met 2 women, seperately. They are both amazing women. They have both unfortunately also decided to dedicate themselves to me.

I have not taken advantage of the situation in anyway. I'm not sleeping with them, or playing them for money or anything. I am a single father with full custody of my son, and they both would make a great mother figure for my son. So now I'm in a quandry.

I am looking for input from people (Men or women) who have been in similiar situations and what they did to make their decisions. I dont want any BS answers please. Just answers from people who have BEEN THERE.

He has gotten to where the thought of her makes him physically sick, and he filed a no-contact order over 6 months ago. Why is it taking so freckin long?

Should I stay married?
I was seperated from my wife for 3 years. We have 2 kids. After the 3rd year, I wanted a divorce. Well, I get the impression that when she saw I was ready to leave, she came running back. Now she wants to be with me. My feelings have changed. I am VERY easy to get along with but I just don't feel the same about her. She is very pretty and nice but I have changed. I also became friends with some other women. While I never became a boyfriend to any of those women, they were all very sweet and all wanted more with me. One girl in will ALWAYS be in my heart. So now I am this weird person with my wife. I am distant and always hoping her boyfriend comes back. I am sending her to school and hope she can become finacially independant and not need me, but she will be in school for 6 years. Is this situation unhealthy? We don't realy fight. We do have great sex! But I am not into her anymore. Should I stay in this relationship? I dont have any secret lovers. I feel like I just want my freedom.
