We have to kids. Our son is 2 and our daughter is 1 . The last time he say our son he was 5 months old. An he hasn't even seen our daughter

I would fight for child support and sole custody - which I am sure you already have.
You don't need a man like that and neither do your kids need a dead-beat dad.
Get the child support and find a man who loves not only yourself but your kids too! Good luck!

Just because he's their father doesn't make him their dad. You need to find a man that loves you and your children as if they were his. Remember that you might have to kiss a few frogs before you find men right. Also while your dating the children do not need to meet and man that your not 100% ready to marry and he also needs to be 100% ready to marry you. The children doen't need a revolving door of men in their lives.

find a lawyer, have an announcement placed in the paper reliquishing has parental rights. You have sole custody. Get remarried and let the new man adopt and father them.

There is nothing you can do. He he interacts with the children is nothing that you have control over. He might regret it one day. Right now it might be easier for him just to stay away. He might be hurting that he is not physically with them. Give it time and maybe he will come around one day.

Well I think you need to go to the courts and file for child support first then leave it up to him to see the kids

divorce him. work nights and have someone stay with your kids. you are a single mom now. stay signle untill your kids are 18. they need you. dont be a terrible mom.
