I am madly in love with my fiancee. She is the most incredible person I have ever met. We get along very well and are very happy together. When we met I knew she was moving to san francisco for school. We have been together 5 months, and she moves in 3 days.

I have a great job in southern california, and I make decent money. However I don't think I can live months or potentially a year+ without her. She has already paid for the entire year with a student loan and it is non-refundable (housing etc). She will be there for a year or more. We have talked about me moving up there to be with her, and starting a life there together.

Should I drop my job and move to a new city where I know no one, try to find a new job and try to get us to scrape by?

I work as a contractor also, so I can get jobs at home over the internet to get us by but they are by no means stable. I just want to be able to support the both of us and not fail.

I have only been married 4 months and so far we have more bad days then good days. I'm talking about arguments. Money is a major problem. She loves spending money and I'm totally fine with saving money. We have a huge debt and this is starting to affect our entire marriage. We argue about every little single thing. I hate to sound like this, but I am the level headed person and I think I'm right most of the time.... So I'm asking for advice from anybody reguarding marriage, money, and argruments. Please help! I need it!

My roomate and I connected well through email before we met and moved in to our dorm but now we don't even talk she is always going when I am coming or coming when I am going. I don't think she does it on purpose but then again I do. I really want to make this thing work. I don't think it's her I actually think it's me because she seems nice she told me good night and that was our first day together. How many people tell people they don't like or are enemies with have a good night? So basically I think its time for me to open up to her. How do I do that.

Me and my husband are not talking now because yesterday, he was sitting in the back of our vehicle, me and his brother in the front, & my sister-in-law standing by her husband. My husband was setting behind his brother. I catch out of the corner of my eye my husband sexually wagging his tongue again at my sister-in-law. I darted him a most evil look. I didn't say anything when it happened, just that one look.
We left very shortly and I told him I was not putting up with that. He said last week he wouldn't do it anymore!
Now he says I am stupid, he said was sticking his tongue out at his neice, who was on his brothers lap. I know he was not sticking out his tongue at his neice. He says his neice was looking over her daddys head & he was sticking it out at her. It was a very sexual wag.
I don't believe this for a minute.
We have been married for 8 years& when we got together that is the way he started pursuing me.
What do you think? Am I stupid or is he just a dog?

This question is a sequel to my last two questions posted, so please read it before going further.

My special male friend who I love and loves me most is going to the Philippines (my country) on December for holiday and meet some of his friends. I met him in Holland where I am right now, but we're living separately of course. He told me that he has to book the flight this week. I didn't react at first and remained silent. I thought that I dont have the right to stop him since we are still "special friends" though. However, deep inside I want to tell him not to go so I can spend Christmas with him. Am I too selfish to stop him? Or should I just tell him what I felt about it? Do I have the right to do that? Please help me out.

Of course you want both...but if it came down to it...which would take priority. Particularly if the intelligence came with a nice income?

Is it true that a man prefers a woman that is not smarter than him?

Or just deal with this loneliness while she's at the supermarket getting ice cream? Do you think a sundae will make me feel better about her being 5 minutes late? I'd hate to leave her, I really love her.

I am in a relationship and a guy that I work with, who's also in a relationship, kissed me yesterday. I feel guilty but not as much as I think I should. He says that he had butterflies and I kind of did too. Can someone give me an idea what this means? I know it was wrong so please don't be rude to me. I feel bad enough.

Guy #1... 9yrs older, loves you to death, he'll absolutely do anything for you (even leave his wife), loves your kids, helps you financially, is a BIG flirt, and is great in bed. Guy #2...19 yrs older, likes you, alright with the kids but not for a long time, doesn't really consider you as a girlfriend, a BIG flirt, and is great in bed, too, but doesn't really make you go crazy like guy #1(in bed). What if the feelings for Guy #1 aren't as strong as at the begining of the relationship? The feelings for Guy #2 are the kind that you forget about everything when you see him. Would you stay with Guy #1 just because he shows you the kind of love you and your kids need and will help you with whatever you need or want? Or would you go with Guy #2?

My sons father used to beat me up alot. I have had a protective order in place for 2years, and now it is up. I don't know how to face him without being scared. I know I could never go back ( and I don't want to ) but I would like to be his friend for my sons sake.
How do I do that?

I have a friend that I have gotten to know pretty well over the last six months. We already talk privately a lot. She shares a lot of deep secrets with me. In the fall, we will be seeing each other at least three nights a week. We will also be dance partners, so I see a great opportunity for a good relationship here. I want some wisdom though from you ladies about how to best proceed. Give as much knowledge as you can on the subject because I am all ears. And thanks a million!
