You can get a divorce in Texas even if you were married in Mexico, if you have resided in that state more than Six months. I suggest you seek legal counsel, especially if it is a long term marriage and there is property and/or minor children involved. You must have her personally served in Mexico and file the proof of service at the Superior Court in the county that governs where you live.

if you now live in texas then you can get a divorce where you live. You just have to go file and then take it from there. If she is still in Mexico then run an ad in the local paper and then after the time on that is up, if she has not contacted you ( don't let her know about the ad) then you can get your divorce...

If you want a divorce and you live in us and her in another country you need to file a petition for a divorce the best way to do it is to go to the court house and file then you will get a court date and ball will be rolling you will have to notify her via certified mail or served paper to appear for a court date hearing on how the dissolution of marriage will be handled,IE division of property protection of your personal property if any child was made within the marriage support. she has to sign for the letter and there is proof that you did notify her it may take her forever to sign the papers but once you filed and have gone to court to have your case judged and you sign the final papers you are pretty much divorced all she can do is drag the signing on her part then go to out of state to get married so you don't have to wait the 30 days after a divorce Good Luck and contact a lawyer for a free consolation after you file in Texas it's about 50$ to file in the court house.

"If you inscribe this marriage in the US, then you can get divorce there, if youre not, then you have to get the divorce in mexico, if you want to make a voluntary divorce you will have to come to mexico, and be present for two times in the trial, but if you are making a necesary divorce than you can have a power of attorney and you dont have to come, otherwise there is an administrative divorce which is the siple one, and you will have to be here only one time and its very easy, you can ask for this divorce if you dont have childrens or they are over 18 years, and you married under separate goods,
I hope this information is usefull"

I don't know that in the US your marriage would be recognized unless you have a marriage license in Texas? If you want a divorce of your marriage in Mexico you'll probably have to do it in Mexico.

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/FTIs8

It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.
