You need to understand that not every girl orgasms every time you have sex. It's not the same between guys and girls. What's most important is 'satisfying' her not making her orgasm every time. Hell, most girls will almost never orgasm from just penetration. Especially in the younger years. So if you're really hung up on it, it comes down to fingers and tongue. I really think you should take her cue and just 'satisfy' her as needed as opposed to making her orgasm every time you two get down and dirty.
