My friend is trying to hook me up with his girlfriends best friend. He says she is hot. i'm supposed to meet her on Friday. There also this girl at school that i like and she likes me. She is not that bad looking. Should I just ask out the girl that i know likes me or wait till Friday. Please Help.

my girl friend left her verbal abrusive and emotional abrusive boyfriend about 5 months ago....the last time he saw her,which was about 2 weeks ago..he called every bad name he could think of using the the b word with it....why is he so angry at her, beside he is living with some one else now....is it that he is guilt about the way he had been treating her or is just stupid...and won't except that she was strong enough to leave him

Ok, I was with my boyfriend for about 3 months and we broke up a week ago. Before we broke up we had a little fight, also, I thought he was a little boring at times, but since we broke up I realise that I really liked him. He is a very quiet guy, he is like that with everyone. Before we broke up I said I needed a break to think, only 2 or 3 days later I came back saying I was sorry and didn't want to let him ago. He responded with "Are you sure? Because you seemed to be very upset." So i asked him if HE thinks we should. and he said he think we shouldn't because I seem unhappy. I told him I am. And he just said "That's what I think..take it or leave it" Before that he also said he loves me. Now, I'm not sure if he really loves me, or if he lied so he wouldn't hurt me too much. What should I do? Should I talk to him? it's been a week now. Should I tell him I still like him? Or.. what? Do you guys think he really loves me or lied?

Hello all... I'm always afraid to think too much of myself.. so when someone says something nice about one of my talents, etc... I always brush it away and say it isn't true. When I do this, people think I have a really low self esteem and don't think anything of myself.. although if I accept it, or talk about something I'm good at, people suggest that I am conceited.. how much is enough, and how much is when to stop?

My husband and I have been having problems and we have only been married for six months before he left. We hurt eachother with words to the point that I thought we wouldn't resolve our problems. I had slept with someone from my past that even til this day have a piece of my heart(my first). Yet when i slept with him it was a day before my husband and I decided to go see a shrink. I was still hurt and I really didn't know if I really wanted my husband back. In the event my husband did ask me if I have been with someone else of course I denied it. We were going to the shrink and we were happy again so I didn't want to change anything. Well he read my diary and like a nut I wrote it down. He is hurt which I don't blame him but at the sametime he got what he deserve for reading my diary. All in all I miss my husband and time away from him has made me realize our relationship wasn't bad. We are young and first marriage for both. Should I let go or try ?

okay. long story. lets start off with this. im 12 and in 7th grade.
my friend (a guy) is freinds (only friends) with this girl i met through him. i like her as in like her like her. we will call her A. she is in 8th grade. theres another girl who i previously liked liked and dont anymore.we will call her B. now she likes me i think. she thinks im still intrested.i dont get to see A all that offten. in the hallways, and before school thats it. A knows i like her, and i think she likes me, but im not sure. my guy friend knows i like her too. he is a little annoyed by the situation but not too seriously.
BOTTOM LINE- should i ask A out?
why or why not?

Im 26, my boyfriend is 29, we have been together for 6 months.
He hardly ever calls me, and tells me he doesnt want to speak to me everyday. We lived 2hrs away from each other,
We do see each other every weekend, and sometimes once during the week. But he wants more time with his mates on weekends (even though he sees them every thursday night) and he never calls me, and said he would be annoyed if he had to speak to me everyday, even for just 5 minutes.
He doesnt answer my calls at all when hes with his mates.
He tells me he loves me deeply, but Im starting to doubt him, If he loved me, wouldnt he want to see me all the time, or at least speak more often?
He doesnt even txt me back half the time, and sometimes I send him sweet loving txts saying i miss him.
He tells me not to doubt that he loves me, Ive met his parents (he still living with them, about to move out) and said I wouldnt of met them if he didnt love me. and tells me he wouldnt come down to see me most weekends.

We got into it Saturday, & she's still mad @ me. I apologized, & she didn't accept my apology, she told me she doesn't give a damn about me, & my 23rd b-day is this Friday, & she said she doesn't care about my b-day. On a daily basis, I can't ask an intelligent question or make a simple statement without her snapping @ me.

As soon as I can lay my hands on $2,000, I'm moving out of state to New York . I had no choice but to live with her because I lost my home as a result of Hurricane Katrina. I'm trying to get back on my feet & get stable again.
