If you meet a girl for the first time, you don't go telling her she has a beautiful body. It might be a throwback and may seem almost vulgar. If you say it on a third or fourth date that you can't help saying it or you've been holding it back for awhile but you have to let it out, then it's permitted.
Most girls think, "ooh! one night stand" when a guy says that. It really depends on the tone of voice when you say it and the timing.. I suggest you keep that statement for much later in when your dating.
