I live in CA and my ex in AZ. I haven't recieved child support from him at all due to that he is working under another name. Can I send him to court or is my case considered closed due to that he can prove he makes no income? I just don't wan to give up and let him sit on his a** and don't help me at all. Does anybody know what next step I can take here in CA?

,my boyfriend and his coworker named costa.
k so i called my boyfriend and where talking .he works at this telemarketing place with like 100 girls and like 100 guys .so anyways where talking and out of nowhere he goes yo costa i'll call you back and then he hangs up on me .i call him back and he tells me that he called me costa because his boss was right in front of him .i think thats bullcrap and i think that he called me a guys name because some girl came up to him .does anyone agree?and just before he hung up on me i think i heard a girl in the backround .the problem is that i anyways hear girls in the backround because theres so many people that work there .does anyone think his cheating .and please dont give me some crapy answer like if i dont trust him i should just leave him because i dont trust anyone no matter what .also we been together 3 years

Like she was "forced" to have sex w/ her ex-husband and was abused when she was a kid. Here's the kicker: She has 3 kids!!! A daughter from one guy and 2 boys from another guy(the same guy). I was kicked out of a wedding because the shoe store didn't carry my size in the shoe the bride wanted us all to wear. returning the dress is not an option as the store doesn't take anything back. Okay, here is the situation. This girl i like is 13. I'm 15. She used to be all over me, i mean, we would always do everything together, and we would stay up really late at night, and talk every night. Well anyways, people started talking about it, and she really backed off. So I asked her out, she said I dont know. I thought it was a nice way of saying no, but she told her friends she might like me. Well it's been about 2 months now, and she has completely backed off. I mean she recently got back from Costa Rica, and we hasn't even talked since, and she got back on Sunday. And rumor has it that while there, she was all over these two guys in my youth, just like she used to be with me. Well now her friends say she dont like me at all, and just dont wanna hurt my feelings. But her and her mom are really close, and her mom says she's just scared, and cant decide between me and these other guys. But she says she duz like me. What should I think. I mean i just cant move on.




I mean i've liked and many girls, but none like her. There is just something about her, and I know I sound crazy since I'm only 15, but i'm being dead honest. I would do ANYTHING to get her back, will she come back around? And what should I do? I mean because, it was obvious she liked me, she even sent me a song one time, and I think she was trying to say something to the effect that she likes me, just doesnt know what to do. But i missed the point. Well now it seems she has lost those feelings, for no apparent reason, so what should i do to get her back??


I mean it was obvious she had feelings for me. And it's impossible just to stop liking somone. I mean I didnt do anything to turn her away. So what should I think??

He's gotten kind of clingy...I don't know if it's just for the sex, or he wants to talk or what...but he calls me two or three times a day..wants to come over every night for an hour if he can! Now, I don't work closely with him...but he's been coming up and talking to me more and more around other people (which is strange because people in our different career fields don't usually hang out). You'd think he'd be a little more discreet! Now he's asking to do things like...mow my lawn...to me, that's just too domesticated to be friends with benefits!

And the really bad part (bad me, yes, I know)...he's married. He has no plan to leave and I don't want him to...but suddenly we went from occassional meeting to constantly he's calling or talking...how do I tell him (nicely) to back off?

I met a girl over the internet. I am sure she is who she says she is; we met over a highly-secure debate forum, we have sent numerous pictures back and forth, and we've talked intimately for over a month; there is no way some stalker has created a persona without making any mistakes. We are both sure we know who each other are.
However, my mother, who is convinced that every single person on the internet is a rapist and/or murderer, freaked out when she found out. (I won't be 18 for a few more months). I have to convince my mother that the girl I'm talking to online is who she says she is. I'm arranging for my mother to talk to her over the Instant Messenger, I showed her the credentials of the forum where we met...
Anything else I can do? This girl is really important to me, and it would help greatly if my mother supported me rather than live in the world of fear breeded by Dateline and 20/20.

No stupid answers, please. I'm not in the mood.
