I am now in my first interracioanl realtionship, but I am having trouble with my 8 yr old daughter. Im not sure what the problem may be. I really like this guy he has one child aswell. I am not sure if it is the fact that I am with someone else other than her dad or if its because the guy I am dating a guy is from another race (black). I have dated after I spilt with the father, but this is the first guy that I have ever introduced to the my kids (oh I have a 4 yr old boy and no problem with him). I really like this guy. We have been seeing each other for going on 7 months. What type of advice can you give me to help my daughter out. When my man and I are together she gets upset and ignores me I give her the attention that she needs, but that still doesn't seem to work. I have also asked her to let me know what it is about him that she does not like, but she won't give me a straight answer. I really feel that this relationship is going somewhere, but I also want her to feel him.

I am 16 and female. My Mum, Dad and brother have seen me nude often (going to and from the bathroom of a morning - I sleep nude). No biggie. But my friend's Dad walked in on her accidently yesterday and she totally freaked out. Who's reaction is more normal, mine or my friends?

How do I go about it? She's my friend but i've only known her for about half a year. I don't want to damage our friendship either. It's very difficult for me. Even as I'm typing I just think of her and suddenly all other thought flies out the window. I make big errors if I talk over the phone, but not face-to-face of online. has anyone ever dated whilst on anti-depressants? if so, did u tell ur partner staright away taht u were on them or did he/she find out them selves. does it matter your on them and dating. doesnt it make u feel as though u have more burden than not only caring for yourself but someone else too? or does it make u feel wanted and cared for and loved? do u feel of low energy levels so u dont want sex or do u wnat more? thanks, im curious coz im on anti-depressants and not dating coz might feel as though i may burden someone with my problems and then it might not end well i.e being dumped and feeling unhappy.

My mother isn't exactly happy being married to my father. Understandable, he's a very difficult man. But she has this fierce will to still do everything she wants to do and so over the years our house has turned into a place of lies, cover-ups etc. She's had affairs and I now have indication that the last one is either not over or she's obsessing over it completely.
A few years ago I could deal with it, she had her secrets and it didn't concern me too much, again I can see how difficult my dad is. But lately she's printing off her emails like she's hoping to get caught. She drinks way too much and is fast asleep either all afternoon or by seven in the evening. She shows no respect for my pc, smoking and drinking over it (she's ruined the keyboard before) and acts like a sullen teenager when I ask her to pay attention. The floor of her room is littered with spilled wine and glasses she's broken 'by accident'. She's scatty to an extreme, I'm finding it hard not to just scream at her.

Me and my wife have been married for 3 years and have a 2 year old son.Now i'm living in India(i'm an Indian)with my son and my wife(she's a canadian)lives in Canada.We both agreed to get a divorce as things arent working out between us and she has agreed to let me keep our son.Now my question is,how do i get a divorce from her?Do i have to go to Canada as we were married there or i can do all the necessary stuff for the divorce from being here and my wife being in Canada?Please help me out here as i've literally no idea about how the divorce procedure works.

source cud be my officemate has refused to send me a fax from their office despite that she uses our printer and accessories for free. I needed to send an urgent academic fax for exemption but she's refused to say its expensive; I was ready to pay for it but she referred me to another department. why shud she deny me access to hers if shes using ours.

My boyfriend and I met 2 1/2 years ago, but at the time I was with someone so nothing happened. Then, by the time me and my ex had split up and I was in a reasonably stable state of mind, my now boyfriend was with someone. We remained friends but there was always something there.
So, now were finally together. He moved in with me the first day we got together (a month ago) and the only time we are apart is when were working. I love him like mad and were talking about getting married next year, but some people that weve told think we should live together for at least a year before we even think about planning it. I'm not a patient person and its not like were planning to marry next week, I dont want to wait two years and neither does he.
Are we getting carried away and rushing into things, or should we just say to hell with it and do what we want? I admit its soon but it's not like weve just met, this has been coming for over 2 years!
